One of most electric playmakers I saw in action. Pugh’s floor is a 3 and D prospect – his ceiling is an offensive star. He caught fire from deep, buried a huge three in the final minute of play, and showed a natural feel for finding the open player. His length was a problem for opposing teams not just on offense but on defense – where he mastered the strip and score and repeatedly wreaked havoc. Pugh’s pure scoring combined with scrappiness on defense lands him on this list. He should be on college coaches’ radar.
