Hudson is the dynamic lead guard. He plays with pace, strength and a smile. What makes him different is his body control, he can take on contact and finish consistently which makes him special. 

Hudson is a skilled, athletic, and physically imposing lead guard that gets into the paint routinely and can lock up on the defensive end. Hudson had a strong Spring and Summer on the 3SSB Circuit with Dream Vision 16s, as well as impressive showings in the scholastic live events in Arizona and California. Hudson continued to display his all around two-way skill set at the Varsity Shootout on Day 1 of the event. Hudson is a great positional rebounder that looks to push the pace of play to get ahead of the defense, keeps the ball on a string to survey the floor with the court vision to find open players cutting off the ball or ahead in transition, or he can take it coast to coast with great on court speed and body control. Hudson uses the crossover, the hesitation, the spin move, and the toss cross to get his defender off balance, has a great burst of speed off the bounce to get into the paint, with the physical build to bully his way through contact at the basket. Hudson is accurate with the 3-ball off the catch or the dribble, has touch on the floater down the lane, and has the bounce to finish with some fancy up and under lay-ups to evade shot blockers. Hudson has become a consistent scoring threat from beyond the arc, which opens up driving lanes for him to attack, where he can get his own or make the right reads to find open teammates. Impressive showing this past weekend. 

Sincere Hudson: New Face on the Modesto Christian Campus 

Sincere Hudson just transferred to Modesto Christian, and he’s already showing why he’s built to help lead them far next season. The powerful guard plays with force—he finishes through contact like it’s personal. No one is bumping him off his line. If anything, he welcomes the physical play.

He’s got a go-to spin move coming back to his right that’s tough to stop. Defenders could know it’s coming and still can’t do anything about it. Add in clean footwork, a patient and deliberate approach, and you’ve got a guard who controls the tempo hisway.

Against Branson, he showed exactly what he’s about when closing the game with 9 of Modesto Christian’s last 13 points. When it got tight, he was very intentional about attacking the rim.

Skid Road is going to be a movie in NorCal this season.

Hudson plays the right way. He’s a combo guard with this team. He can effect the game from both guard positions. He’ll shift gears at the right time to actively seek buckets using his strength with balance to attack from different areas on the court. He’s an excellent facilitator, makes the effort to involve others while running point. He’s taking and making good shots. He’s a top notch defender.
