<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Western Reserve duo headed to Marquette</h2>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1747653' first='Damarius' last='Owens'], our current top ranked prospect in the 2024 class committed to Marquette in the spring as he'll be joined by fellow Golden Eagles commit [player_tooltip player_id='1173989' first='Royce' last='Parham'] at Western Reserve this winter for the pairs final season of high school. Look for Parham to debut near the top of our 2024 rankings when he gets included.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Prep School Studs off the board</h2>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1110114' first='John' last='Mobley Jr'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1222345' first='Tyler' last='McKinley'] are two of the top 2024 prospects who grew up in Ohio who left for national prep powerhouses but are scheduled to return for college. Mobley, the future Ohio State Buckeye, went to Bishop Gorman as a freshman and is now at Wasatch Academy. McKinley left Walnut Hills after his Sophomore season and won a Geico national championship with Link Academy last year, he's returning to Cincinnati to become a Bearcat. Other notable 2024 departures for Prep Programs include [player_tooltip player_id='1222353' first='Ace' last='Buckner'], who is now at La Lumiere and [player_tooltip player_id='1238513' first='Jacob' last='Theodosiou'], who was at Western Reserve Academy but reclassed into 2023 to enroll at Wyoming. Another Prep to Prep transfer is Johnny Pierce, who left ISA to join Albuquerque Prep in the Grind Session.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">OHSAA High Major Commits</h2>

<p>The OHSAA has a couple prospects already committed to high major programs in [player_tooltip player_id='1222347' first='Raleigh' last='Burgess'] (Purdue) [player_tooltip player_id='1222354' first='Jesse' last='McCulloch'] (Michigan State) and [player_tooltip player_id='1222348' first='Jonathan' last='Powell'] (Xavier) all off the board. Expect [player_tooltip player_id='1222349' first='Colin' last='White'] to join that list when he makes his final decision after picking up a handful of new offers playing with Indiana Elite this spring and summer.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Trio of low to mid major commits</h2>

<p>Three more prospects have already made public their decision on where they will be playing at the college level with as [player_tooltip player_id='1067753' first='Mason' last='Shrout'] (Purdue Fort Wayne) [player_tooltip player_id='1222376' first='Dominique' last='Aekins'] (Duquesne) and [player_tooltip player_id='1222357' first='Carter' last='Jackson'] (Canisius) are all already off the board. By the end of the recruiting cycle, expect somewhere around 25 total Division I commits from Ohio's 2024 class.</p>
