He has been battling injuries otherwise he would definitely be in the top 3. The future USC Trojans at 7”0 can play out the perimeter with his ability to shoot it from beyond the arc. He can also put the ball on the floor and with his long arms and stride can score around or over defenders. Has had many games with double-doubles sometimes points and rebounds and even unheard blocks and rebounds double double. A major takent with NBA bloodline and potential.

Ratliff brings a strong interior presence as a reliable rim protector who alters shots and anchors the defense. He’s an active rebounder on both ends, using his size and timing to control the glass. Offensively, he’s more than just a finisher, showing the ability to put the ball on the floor and attack closeouts. His range extends beyond the arc, as he can step out and knock down the three, making him a modern, versatile big. He runs the floor well and consistently impacts winning plays that don’t always show up in the box score. Against high-level competition, his two-way versatility makes him a valuable piece on both ends of the floor.

One of the fastest risers early this high school basketball season, Ratliff had some monster offensive performances for Archbishop Stepinac in Border League action. Able to catch fire from long distance, Ratliff is 7 feet tall but can confidently play on the perimeter with impressive shooting and ball handling ability for a prospect of his size. Committed to USC with his twin brother, I think Adonis has NBA potential if things continue to click for him.

Perry is an athletic forward with a natural ability to get downhill, using his speed and strength to attack the rim. His finishing around the basket is impressive, able to finish through contact and with authority. As a wing, he can stretch the floor, but his strength and agility make him a constant mismatch when driving to the hoop. With his versatility and explosive athleticism, Perry is a tough player to stop once he gains momentum.

Adonis is a big time rim protector. Posseses a real nice game on both ends. But defensively with his length he is a block swatter at the rim. Really good at off the backside blocks but also defends well on the drive, which makes it possible for him to guard smaller players. Showed the ability to guard pick and rolls with his length.

Offensively, he stayed active around the rim, finishing plays and providing second-chance opportunities. His winning putback in the final moments sealed the game and capped off a gritty two-way performance.

Adonis’s stat line for this game was very impressive. So again expect to see Stepinac quite possibly in this report next season as well. With the young talent they have. The junior big man had 8 points inside and out, 11 rebounds and 14 blocks. So he was a big part of making it difficult for Jefferson to feel comfortable at the rim.

Ratliff is an impressive 7-foot player with a versatile skill set that makes him a matchup nightmare. He has a smooth shooting stroke, capable of stretching the defense with his range beyond the arc. In addition to his perimeter shooting, Ratliff can finish effectively inside, using his size and strength to dominate the paint. His ability to do it all makes him a unique threat on both ends of the floor.
