As those recruiting classes get filled the college programs also shift their focus on to the next class. Recruiting is a 24/7, 365 day a year beast. As college coaches begin to turn to their future recruiting efforts, let’s highlight seven of the biggest stock-risers in Indiana’s Class of 2025 from so far this spring.
One of the more versatile forwards in Indiana’s Class of 2025, Ball has emerged as a top scorer that handles the ball like a guard while possessing the size at 6’5″ to score around the basket. Ball is an excellent mid-range scorer with a smooth pull-up jump shot. He has put up some big-time numbers while playing with EG10 2025 on the Adidas Gold circuit. Also a very good rebounder for the 3/4 position. College programs should be taking notice of him heading into June and July.
We just talked a lot about Davis after the G3 Invitational where he really stood out for Kyle Guy Elite 2025. However, the 6’4″ wing from Lawrence Central deserves mention once again as a top stock-riser in Indiana’s Class of 2025. Davis can shoot from beyond the arc, create for himself off of the dribble, and has the athleticism to elevate and finish around the basket. He will likely shoot up the rankings when we update them in the next few weeks. College coaches should start to get familiar with this prospect.
This has been a name gaining a lot of traction this spring with his elite athleticism and ability to attack the rim downhill off of the dribble. English has had a big spring with DI Indiana 2025 while garnering the attention of college coaches from a variety of different levels. He is excellent in transition and has the explosiveness to get up and finish above the rim at the end of his drives. Look for him to continue have a big next couple of months and continue his rise up the Indiana Class of 2025 prospect rankings.
Horton is putting together an excellent spring for Team Teague 2025 as they once again dominant on the Prep Hoops Circuit. The 6’4″ athlete is proving his ability as a perimeter scoring while shooting the ball well from beyond the arc and from the mid-range off of the bounce. When you pair his ever-improving skill level with his length and physical tools you get an intriguing long-term prospect. College programs at a variety of levels should be tracking Horton heading into the next couple of months.
Highlights
A prospect already ranked in the Top 10 of his class wouldn’t typically achieve “stock-riser” status. However, Pickett will not only move up a few more spots in our next rankings update, but most importantly he has caught the attention of college coaches at a national level. The versatile 6’8″ forward received his first offer from the University of Central Florida, who will be joining the Big 12, earlier this spring. That likely won’t be the last high-major offer that the Indy Heat 2025 EYBL forward receives before it is all said and done.
Singleton was a major stock-riser during the high school season leading Jeffersonville in scoring and rebounding at 13.5 points and 8.1 rebounds per game as a sophomore. The 6’7″ forward wasted no time taking that strong play on the Adidas Gold circuit where he has helped lead Indiana Elite Team Tradition 2025 to an excellent spring which included qualifying for the 3SSB Finals in July. He is an outstanding rebounder, a skilled scorer around the basket, and has the athleticism to be an impactful defender as well.
This physical wing has continued to impress with his improved athleticism and well-rounded offensive skill set. Wellman has good size on the wing at 6’4″ to pair with his strength that allows him to play through contact and get to the rim to finish. He has the ability to create for himself off of the dribble and stretch the floor out beyond the three-point arc. The Indiana Game 2025 UA Rise wing recently received his first offer from Huntington and should continue to be highly sought after by those in-state Crossroads League programs.
