Even though Richmond was stunned by Muncie Central and went home early in Sectional 9, Cedric Horton Cedric Horton 6'4" | SG Hargrave | 2025 State #321 Nation VA continued to show why he is one of the best long-term prospects in the in-state 2025 class. He finished with a team-high 24 points and the thing that instantly stood out to me was his contoured improvement of his jumper and ability to create off the dribble. Of course, Horton was still excellent getting to the rim and finishing above it with his speed, explosiveness, and high athletic ability. Horton is getting better and better and could be a breakout player this summer.
