Roster
6-ft guard. Nice handle with the ability to finish in different ways. Nice looking shot from range. Can get hot, quickly. Athletic with a quick first step. Not afraid of contact. Solid rebounder on both sides of the floor. Good upside going into AAU season off of a nice high school year for North Scott.
Fast, Fast, Fast PG. Plays with great pace without being in a rush. Can attack the basket and finish with either hand, over and/or through contact. Nice jump shot when in motion. Great at creating off the dribble, breaking down the defense, and giving a good pass to an open teammate. Floor General type of game style.
Play Maker in the biggest games and moments. Great size. Good athleticism. Superior basketball skill to most with the ability to do it all on both sides of the floor. His ceiling is still higher then most think. Should dominate most matchups he see’s this spring/summer. Player you give the ball with the game on the line, even with a stacked roster from top to bottom.
Good size and athleticism. Can stretch the floor off of screening action in every way possible. Can put the ball on the floor and attack the rim going either way. Can finish with either hand. More physical then most. Dominate when he can catch with his back to the basket. Constantly has expanded his game to fit the system he is playing in over the years, leading to being an overall solid player who you can count on when it matters.
Gamer. Can get hot from deep and midrange quickly. Has a nice one dribble pull up going either way. Can get to the hoop off the dribble but prefers to shoot from further away if given the option. Nice strength for his size. Does a good job getting down the floor to an open spot, ready to let it fly at all times. No shot is a bad shot when he is in rhythm for him.
Lengthy with nice touch. Defensive stopper as he gets a lot of blocks/deflections. Plays his role, doesn’t do too much. Good ability on both sides of the floor. Rebounding ability is elite. Knows where the ball is going to land off of a miss. Nice presence to have in the middle of the floor at all times, makes opponents think that he is always lurking on the defensive end, ready to make a big block/play for his squad.
Jumps off the screen type player. Athletic lefty with 6’7 height and slim build. Can get to the hoop off the dribble and get to the rim for a dunk with ease. Nice jumper when he is in rhythm and can step into it. Electric personality on the floor. Hugh, Hugh upside when looking at what he could be once he is even more efficient and polished as a player overall, after some more experience. Could be a big piece of the “puzzle” for a successful college program out there one day.
Big body with great movement. Great footwork and finishing ability by the hoop. Stays down on defense. Very disciplined in most aspects of the game. Rim runs well going both ways down the floor. Hard worker with some high upside as he gets into college. Player to watch this season.
Springy combo guard with nice size at 6’3. Can get to the hoop and by his defender with the dribble. Likes to pull up in mid-range after beating his initial defender. Brings a lot of energy. Very good off of a ball screen up top. Nice ceiling with some real ability in his game. Another player who moves and plays with great speed but within their own means.
