About Aidan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I stretch the floor by attacking the rim, hitting mid-range shots, and knocking down threes. I embrace contact, take charges, and battle in the post when needed. With a strong basketball IQ, I read the floor well, make smart passes, and stay versatile by learning all five positions. I’m eager to learn, ask questions, and always work to be the best version of myself for my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m passionate about playing at the college level and believe I bring the work ethic, mindset, and skills that college programs value. I’m coachable, unselfish, and always willing to put in the extra effort. I know there’s always room to grow, and I never take this game or the opportunities I’ve had for granted. I give all glory to God for the gifts and drive He’s given me.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a member of the National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and I also serve as a small group leader at my church.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed leadership skills by serving as a small group leader at my church and through my involvement in National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Basketball has also strengthened my teamwork, communication, and accountability. I take pride in serving others, being a positive influence, and leading by example both on and off the court.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced was overcoming injury and the setbacks that came with it. It taught me patience, resilience, and how to stay disciplined even when I wasn’t able to be on the court. I learned to control what I could, my mindset, my effort in recovery, and supporting my teammates. That experience made me mentally tougher and more grateful for every opportunity I get to play.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that wants me, where I can grow as a student, athlete, and person. I want a program with a strong culture, great coaching, and teammates who push each other to get better and who see each other as brothers. Just as importantly, I want a coach I can go to about life, not just basketball, because having that kind of relationship means a lot to me.

Clark is finishing up his high school career at the 6A level with a move to Broken Arrow. He’s been blessed with strength, size and some explosiveness since he started high school. But that hasn’t stopped him from adding to his game. Has a good feel as a passer and shooter. While also continually adding more to his in between game. Even at the 6A level, he’ll have the ability to be a match up problem. With the shooting ability to drag opposing forwards away from the rim. While capable of punishing smaller players on post ups. Especially as he sees the floor well and can pass out of doubles.
