6 – Moroni Seely-Roberts Moroni Seely-Roberts 6'6" | SF Lincoln | 2023 State OR , Lincoln
Seely-Roberts can put the biscuit in the basket in a number of ways. The 6-foot-6 senior can overpower defenders down low with his physique and willingness to create contact, but can also step out and hit open jumpers particularly at the top of the key. Seely-Roberts should once again be one of the top scorers and rebounders at the 6A level.
12 – Jackson Cooper Jackson Cooper 6'5" | SF Cleveland | 2023 State OR , Cleveland
After a coaching change and some tough delibration, Cooper decided to finish out his high school career at Cleveland where he will likely be the primary focus of opposing defenses. The 6-foot-6 forward is a blue-collar workhorse down low but has developed the ability to face the basket and either hit shots out to three-point range or create off of the dribble. His motor helps him be a relentless force on the boards.
14 – Gray Thompson Gray Thompson 6'6" | SF Central Catholic | 2023 State OR , Central Catholic
The Rams are deep and talented so often times guys don’t shine as much individually. This can be the case with AAU ball as well. But Thompson has all the tools to make his mark as a senior. He shoots it very well, has the strength to finish around the hoop, and possesses the power to throw down a hard dunk as much as anyone in the state. At 6-foot-6 he’s a very tough matchup on the court.
27 – Amare Rolle Amare Rolle 6'4" | SF Westview | 2023 State OR , Westview
One of the top athletes in the Metro League, Rolle has always been extremely effective finishing in transition but has been developing his perimeter game. The 6-foot-4 senior is effective knocking down the corner three and has improved his ability to attack off of the dribble. Westview is looking for a bounceback season and Rolle will be one of the guys head coach Mike Wolf will be depending on.
33 – Beya Kim Beya Kim 6'3" | SF Roosevelt | 2023 State OR , Roosevelt
Roosevelt is guard-oriented but don’t look past Kim. The 6-foot-4 forward is an outstanding run-and-jump athlete and at times last season, really showed flashes of becoming an outstanding rebounder. Kim threw down one of the top dunks of the summer on a follow-up jam in June and should be the Roughriders’ top threat in the post.
34 – Jonah Jones Jonah Jones 6'4" | PF Westside Christian | 2023 State OR , Westside Christian
The probability of Jones to put up huge numbers at Westside Christian is extremely high, especially with rebounding as the 6-foot-4 senior has been one of the top board guys in the state at the 6A level. Expect him to not only gobble up practically every rebound in sight but also emerge as a true scoring threat as he’s an underrated shooter, especially from mid-range.
