PH was in the gym on both days for the event. It was competitive with good players coming from the class of 2022. We took this opportunity to see prospects playing with their high school team before the club season begins in July. Here’s a continued look at 2022 prospects hoping to attract attention in July.
Jordan Webster 6’4 W/G of De La Salle HS 2022
Webster has the look, and the body of a long winged defender able to guard multiple positions . His long arms stand out, along with good lateral movement. He has good foot speed in the open court, and can be disruptive in the passing lane. He’ll rebound some. He has a decent mid-range shot, and will run the court in transition. Needs to be more aggressive on both ends.
Reshaud Bradley 6’2 G/F of Sheldon HS 2022
Bradley is a strong player with good body control. He has the handles to make his way inside and finish against bigger players. At 6’4 he’s a good rebounding player that has the strength to battle inside. He shields the ball well working inside. He has the foot speed to guard multiple positions. His passing was good.
Ryan Conroy 6’2 CG of Saint Ignatius HS 2022
Conroy plays a good all around game. He plays the game hard, and can get a bucket with his movement without the ball, making himself available with hard cuts to the baskets or using screens to spot up for a jumper. He has good shot selection and shoots a good percentage.
Ryan Lyyke 6’5 W/F of Palo Alto HS 2022
A long player who can do some handling in the open court. He passes well, and uses his length to shoot over taller players with a nice jumper, when he gets inside. He runs the court pretty well and will convert the shot in transition. He has good length to take up passing lanes, and guard on the perimeter. He takes it up strong on occasion and will hit the outside jumper.
Noah Bloch 6’3 Guard of Acalanes HS 2022
We saw him on day two. He’s a runner, always hustling from one end to the other. He has decent handles, and passes okay, but most notable was his shooting from behind the 3pt line. He runs to his spots, the corner or the wings, he’s ready to shoot. He has a good release, he sets his feet quickly, and uses screens to get open. He moves well without the ball and will drive it to keep defenders off balance.
