Lavonte Harris Lavonte Harris 6'6" | PF Pleasure Ridge Park | 2022 State KY , PRP – Lavonte has become a well rounded player and has great positional size as a big wing who can attack off the bounce or knock down 3s from the wing. Harris is also a good rim protector and above average athlete. As he becomes a better out of area rebounder, his ceiling will only get higher.
Sam Powell Sam Powell 6'7" | PF Oldham County | 2022 State KY , Oldham County – Powell and Harris are AAU teammates and complimentary pieces as players. Sam is a little more big bodied but can shoot the ball at a high clip or put the ball on the floor and finish through contact. Like Lavonte, Sam needs to continue becoming a more active rebounder and get more comfortable leading the break after the rebound.
Jaylen Carter Jaylen Carter 6'1" | SG Waggener | 2022 State KY , Waggener – One of the best shooters in the state, Jaylen has come from relative obscurity over the last year plus and is now a player that should be on the radar of college coaches in July. Carter needs to continue improving as a facilitator in addition to being a high level scorer but that will come in time.
Kai Simpson Kai Simpson 6'3" | PG Frederick Douglass | 2023 State KY , Frederick Douglass – Simpson came on the scene last year at Douglass and has followed up with a strong AAU season so far for Cave Gym Elite. Kai has good size for a guard and has shown that he can score the ball from all over the court.
Kam Jones Kam Jones 6'1" | CG Central | 2022 State KY , Central – Jones is a lights out shooter and has really boosted his stock this summer. He’s not the biggest or quickest but Kam is very skilled and can play on or off the ball. Look for him to get some looks in July if he maintains his level of play that he’s had so far this AAU season.
