Will Fowler Will Fowler 6'1" | PG Byrnes | 2024 State SC – Byrnes HS (Duncan) – Upward Stars SE 3SSB Fagan (pictured on front)
Fowler really got the Upward Stars SE 3SSB Fagan offense going today with his play and getting the ball downhill to the open man. Fowler plays the game extremely unselfish with a great team concept at all times. Will touched the paint at will today and in the process was to take in a few charges along the way. Fowler is quite crafty with the ball and brings a toughness to the floor from the lead guard position.
Camden Durant Camden Durant 6'3" | PF McCormick | 2024 State SC – Calhoun Falls Charter – Upward Stars SE 3SSB Fagan
Durant plays at one of the smallest schools in the SCHSL with just under 100 students in Western South Carolina near the Georgia border. Durant isn’t flashy at all with his play but effective in the paint. Durant plays several sports in high school including football and track & field. Camden plays the game with a blue-collar mindset and cashes in on loose change around the basket. Durant isn’t fancy with his play but is quite effective.
Jermaurhiyun Anderson Jermaurhiyun Anderson 6'2" | PG Quality Education | 2024 State NC – Southside HS (Greenville) – Upward Stars SE 3SSB Southeast 2024
Anderson a left-handed guard lived in the lane today for his squad. Anderson was able to create for himself along with for his teammates. Anderson if not penetrating-kicking to a teammate he would knockdown a open perimeter shot. Jermaurhiyun really excels in the transition and open floor game.
Kyle Greene Kyle Greene 6'3" | PG Pace Academy | 2024 State #155 Nation GA – Blythewood HS – Upward Stars SE 3SSB Southeast 2024
Greene announced last week he was transferring out of Blythewood HS. Greene will be transferring to Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA) for next year. Greene a downhill guard plays the game with a great poise and smoothness. Greene has a great handle and had little troubles getting by defenders today. Kyle can really score the ball from all 3 levels on the floor. Greene was ranked #2 in the 2024 Palmetto State Class before deciding to transfer out this past week.
Zyan Hager Zyan Hager 6'1" | SG Catawba Ridge | 2024 State SC – Catawba Ridge HS (Rock Hill) – Smith Elite 2024
Hager really has the ability to knockdown shots out on the perimeter. Zyan came up big again today in the game I watched him play. Hager has really good range from the perimeter and seems always to be in shooting position to receive the ball. Hager plays very well away from the ball and is constantly on the move on the floor.
