Seyfried, a guard out of the Taft School in Connecticut, came off the board with a commitment to Worcester Polytechnic Institute. The 6'1" guard has the ability to play on or off the ball, has a college ready frame, and does a nice job of competing on both ends of the floor. He sees the floor well as a passer, has the ability to play at different speeds with the ball in his hands, and does a nice job of finishing through contact around the rim. On the other end of the floor, he's able to guard any perimeter position and is capable of making an impact on the glass. He's a quality back-court piece for WPI and should be able to have a nice four-year career in the NEWMAC.

Fallquist, a wing out of Greens Farms Academy in Connecticut, put an end to his recruitment with a commitment to Bowdoin College. The 6'5" wing has developed into one of the better perimeter shooters in the region and combines that with some off the bounce game, to be a nice prospect on the offensive end of the floor. He moves well without the ball, leverages his shooting to open up driving lanes, and has the strength to finish through contact at the rim. On the other end, he can guard up and down a position, knows how to play angles, and does a nice job on the glass. This is a nice early get for Bowdoin and Fallquist looks the part of an impact player in the NEPSAC.

Merritt, a guard out of the New Hampton School in New Hampshire, wrapped up his recruitment when he announced his commitment to the University at Buffalo. The 6'3" combo guard is a handful to cover when he has the ball in his hands. He plays with a great combination of quickness, feel, strength, skill, and athleticism, often allowing him to get wherever he wants off the bounce. He finishes it in a variety of ways around the basket, can create his own shot late in the clock, and knocks down threes in catch and shoot situations. Defensively, he can really guard at the point of attack and does a nice job of making disruptive plays off the ball. This is a really good get for Buffalo and Merritt should have the chance to develop into an all-league performer in the Mid-American.

Hill, a guard out of CATS Academy in Massachusetts, finalized his future plans with a commitment to Fairleigh Dickinson University. The 5'9" guard plays with elite change of pace, knows how to manipulate defenders in ball screen actions, and has plenty of touch as a finisher over size in the paint. He has good vision as a passer off the bounce, can knock down shots with consistency from behind the arc, and can really get out and go in transition. Defensively, he hounds opposing guards at the point of attack, using his quickness to stay in front of them and to cause plenty of steals and deflections. Hill gives FDU a nice piece in the back-court and should be able to find his way onto the floor quickly in the NEC.

Mark, a forward out of Cushing Academy in Massachusetts, made his future plans official when he pledged his commitment to the United States Naval Academy. A 7'0" forward, Mark has a terrific combination of positional size, length, and shooting ability. He's a modern day forward that thrives as a screen-and-pop big, showing the ability to knock down threes with consistency. He continues to play with more aggressiveness in the paint, allowing him to be a solid rim finisher and, on the other end of the floor, a quality rim protector. His mobility is good for his size and allows him to defend ball screens in a variety of ways. This is, figuratively and literally, a huge get for Navy and Mark should have the ability to make a quick impact in the Patriot League.

Pacheco, a guard out of the Pomfret School in Connecticut, came off the board when he announced that he'll attend the University of Southern Maine. The 6'1" guard plays with a lot of wiggle off the bounce and shows a good feel for the game out of dribble hand-offs and ball screens. He's ultra creative as a finisher around the rim, does a good job of changing his speeds and directions off the bounce, and has improved recently with the consistency of his perimeter jumper. He can guard either spot in the back-court and uses his length and quickness to his advantage as a disruptive defender in passing lanes. This is a nice early recruiting win for Southern Maine and Pacheco has the chance to make an immediate impact as a microwave scorer in the Little East.

Otey, a guard out of the St. Thomas More School in Connecticut, announced his next destination with a commitment to Dusquesne University. At 6'5", Otey is a bigger guard that plays with a lot of versatility as a scorer on the offensive end of the floor. He can create his own shot late in the clock, makes tough jumpers in the mid-range, and knocks down catch and shoot threes with consistency. He can play on or off the ball and has the ability to break down defenders off the bounce. On the other end, he defends in space, makes plays in passing lanes, and has the ability to guard up or down a position. Dusquesne landing a Top-100 recruit is a big deal, particularly as Otey has the potential to play at a newcomer of the year level in the Atlantic-10.
