Seyfried, a guard out of the Taft School in Connecticut, came off the board with a commitment to Worcester Polytechnic Institute. The 6’1″ guard has the ability to play on or off the ball, has a college ready frame, and does a nice job of competing on both ends of the floor. He sees the floor well as a passer, has the ability to play at different speeds with the ball in his hands, and does a nice job of finishing through contact around the rim. On the other end of the floor, he’s able to guard any perimeter position and is capable of making an impact on the glass. He’s a quality back-court piece for WPI and should be able to have a nice four-year career in the NEWMAC.
