Ronndahl, a forward out of the Taft School in Connecticut, is ranked #8 among the centers and checks in at #61 overall in this update. The 6’8″ center has started to make a name for himself on the gridiron, but still impresses with his ability to control the paint on the hardwood. He has long arms and a strong frame, both of which allow him to play bigger than his height. He plays with good footwork offensively and is comfortable finishing with either hand around the rim. Defensively, he’s vocal on the back line, moves his feet well in switches, and does a nice job of walling up without fouling around the rim.

Ronndahl is as skilled of a prospect as anyone you’ll find in the 2028 class. The Taft School big had the chance to play at the international level this summer as a memeber of Sweden’s 16U team at the FIBA EuroBasket tournament. He has the ability to make shots from the perimeter in catch and shoot situations, but excels at spacing the floor with his playmaking. He does a nice job of operating in DHO actions, can roll hard to the rim or pop into space after setting screens, and has a good feel as a passer from the top of the key. His ability to dissect a defense from the perimeter with the ball in his hands draws defenders out and spaces the floor for the rest of his teammates. He’s highly skilled, has good positional size, and is in line for a breakout season this winter.
