Here are the prospects that will be replacing those graduating stars!

Marquis Clark – [player_tooltip player_id='2886496' first='TJ' last='Jamison'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2531979' first='CJ' last='Pittman'] (Whitney Young)

The Tennessee signee is a guard that was the man for the Dolphins a season ago. Now those reins will be turned over to top 5 player in the 2029 class TJ Jamson as a big guard who can score and create. Pittman will also some of the strength and physicality at the guard spot Clark had.

Mason Lockett IV – [player_tooltip player_id='2125619' first='Dshaun' last='Bolden'] (Oswego East)

Bolden will move over from the #2 option to #1 as Lockett heads off to DePaul. He is coming off an injured summer, but he is one of the most talented wings in the senior class and has a lot to prove.

Colin Stack – [player_tooltip player_id='2323620' first='Ed' last='Stasys'] (Benet)

Same here with Stack to Stasys as the #2 guy now becomes #1. This time literally #1 overall in the state as Stasys will be the focus inside for Benet.

Rashaun Porter – [player_tooltip player_id='2425702' first='Magnus' last='Johnson'] (DePaul Prep)

Johnson was a role player last season, but he will step into a key role the Rams interior presence on the glass and scoring.

Semaj Stampley – [player_tooltip player_id='2540188' first='Ryan' last='Howard'] (Alton)

From one D1 guard to another it is now the [player_tooltip player_id='2540188' first='Ryan' last='Howard'] show at Alton. The SIU-Edwardsville commit is a lights out shooter who will be the Redbirds go to option.

Bryce Wegrzyn – [player_tooltip player_id='2390523' first='Evan' last='Okey'] (Libertyville)

Okey will step into a spot replacing one of the best posts in the state. He has touch around the basket and rebounds well in his area.

Rykan Woo – [player_tooltip player_id='2751053' first='Jacob' last='Only'] (DePaul Prep)

Woo was the ultimate leader at the high school level. There are some of those qualities in St. Viator transfer Only who can play on or off the ball being effective for his team in whatever situation he is put in.

Jake Pollack – [player_tooltip player_id='2798656' first='Zach' last='Newman'] (Deerfield)

Newman showed flashes as a freshman and now it is his turn to be the go to post for Deerfield replacing the Dartmouth signee.

Justin Oliver – [player_tooltip player_id='2844431' first='Dream' last='Horton'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2877501' first='Malik' last='Horton'] (Curie)

It takes two to replace one of the top guards in the CPS last year for Curie. [player_tooltip player_id='2844431' first='Dream' last='Horton'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2877501' first='Malik' last='Horton'] are classic Mike Oliver type guards that will elevate this team the next two seasons.

Stephen Brown – [player_tooltip player_id='2125591' first='Caden' last='Crudup'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2859747' first='Kalel' last='Davis'] (Marist)

Crudup and Davis are transfers from Whitney Young and De La Salle respectively. Crudup will bring the production while Davis provides some of the athleticism they miss in the NC State freshman wide out.

Jayden Wright – [player_tooltip player_id='2425956' first='Perry' last='Tchiegne'] (Benet)

Benet will now put the hands of Tchiegne who has been a utility piece in the past, but has more than proven he can be the lead guard making decisions, shots, and running the show with his high basketball IQ.

Danny Houlihan – [player_tooltip player_id='2839877' first='Elton' last='Jaegerskog'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2438564' first='Fintan' last='Pierce'] (New Trier)

Houlihan was one of the premier shooters in the state. Look for New Trier to rely on Jaegerskog and Pierce to fill that role this season as wings with size who can shoot.

Cameron Mercer – [player_tooltip player_id='2839941' first='Noah' last='VanTholen'] (Riverside Brookfield)

Go to perimeter player will now be VanTholen. Coming off a nice summer we like him as a jumbo combo guard with passing feel, athleticism, and shooting.

[player_tooltip player_id='2822953' first='Alex' last='Johnson'] – [player_tooltip player_id='3576059' first='Emurion' last='Jackson'] (East St. Louis)

Johnson was a huge part of the Flyers state title run. Jackson is a sophomore that showed in limited games why he is a top 5 2029 in state and has gotten even better over the offseason.

TJ Williams – [player_tooltip player_id='3683049' first='Dereon' last='Smothers'] (Bolingbrook)

Williams was a nice complimentary guard next to Pettigrew. This year they turn to Smothers for that two way wing impact.

AJ Chambers – [player_tooltip player_id='2842573' first='Blake' last='Choice'] (DePaul Prep)

Chambers brought the intangibles and scoring for the Rams. That is exactly what Choice showed he can do over the summer.
