This past weekend featured plenty of talent making an impact and with that being said here's a look at some of the top performers from New Jersey who turned heads and made their presence felt throughout this past Saturday's action. Setting the tone for his teammates, White took strong command of the offense while simultaneously making his presence know defensively. White controlled the tempo of the offense with a clear emphasis on getting out in transition, keeping his head up in the open floor with the intent of locating lane runners, highlighted by a number of live dribble skip passes he made in transition. Maida once again, much like he routinely does, impressed with the efficiency of his three point shooting, displaying repeatable mechanics, a soft touch, and the confidence to keep firing without being deterred by misses. Much of his impact came away from the ball, as Maida consistently occupied valuable space on the perimeter, knocking down in rhythm spot ups, and punished defenders who were late getting out to him. Binishi's impact carried over to the defensive end of the court and competing at a noticeable level— crashing the boards with intent, containing drives with toughness, and being pesky at the point of attack to force steals and deflections. Throughout different segments of Saturday's action against Mt. Zion Prep (MD) Knight was aggressive in hunting his shot and showed versatility in his perimeter shot making ability, highlighted by a versatile mixture of off the dribble shot making and spot up shooting.     A returning piece amongst a new look Paramus Catholic group of guards, [player_tooltip player_id='2787446' first='Tristan' last='Flavien'] seemed to be a pivotal factor in establishing offensive production. Aggressive in his approach, Flavien supplied some scoring pop, within the flow of the offense— attacking closeouts and driving angles when the defense was forced into rotation for strong finishes at the rim while also keeping those closeouts honest and demonstrating he's a threat from three point range off the catch.
