The lead guard from Whitnall skied high impressively for rebounds on the offensive and defensive glass. In addition to his leaping ability on the glass, Tommy was shifty with the ball in his hands and was able to make some solid plays distributing in transition and in the half court for team two last Saturday.

Cumicek is a gritty guard out of Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay. The five-foot-nine guard was a hustler on defense fighting on the ball with pressure and anticipation. Aiden on the offensive end understands floor spacing and was able to find opportunities on the offensive glass, including a pretty athletic finish on an offensive rebound put-back resulting in two points for his squad.

Ranallo has a really good feel for the game in transition and in the half court. The six-foot-one out of Wausau West and [program_tooltip program_id='2502936' first='UTC' last='Fire'] seemed to know when to cut to the basket on dribble penetration from teammates, especially with 45 cuts on baseline drives. When Ranallo was taking matters into his own hands with the ball, he was great at being the catalyst in transition, making on time passes and looking ahead to teammates up the sideline. Around the rim, Quest has a good feel for the game, using different types of finishes with good footwork, including a sweet euro step to draw a foul at this event.

Sims has a long frame and great positional size for his skill set a player of his age. The six-foot-three backcourt prospect put on a display of different finishes throughout the Sophomore ID Camp at the Champions' Center. Quincy had some impressive scoop shots, double pump, and reverse layups as he was able to score efficiently at the rim. In addition to his acrobatics around the rim, Sims was fun to watch in transition making the right plays and playing at a different gear for most of the afternoon.

McCormick was one of the most impressive players I witnessed last Saturday in Appleton at the Champions' Center. Will was the most well rounded player that I evaluated, and was without a doubt the unofficial MVP of Team 2 at the showcase. The New Berlin Eisenhower prospect, is a knock down three point shooter, and was red hot over Labor Day Weekend. When defenders start to close out harder because of his shooting ability, Will dissects the defense to blow by aggressive closeouts to get to the cup, or set up his teammates for some impressive assists. The six-foot- one prospect's most impressive play when he read one of these hard closeouts, and elevated above the rim to punch home a nasty dunk. Will in my evaluation, is a stock riser in the 2029 class and will be a tough guard for Eisenhower as he continues to mature with his game.

Rathbun was extremely impressive in this showcase making play after play for team two in the afternoon session during the holiday weekend. Greyson is an extremely athletic finisher at the rim utilizing swing steps, euro steps, full extension finishes and solid two foot finishes to convert almost every time in the paint. The six-foot-two prospect quite frankly was relentless in attacking the basket. When Rathbun was not finishing, he was looking for his teammates and making on-time pocket passes out of PNR. Playing hard is a skill in 2026 , and Greyson has this intangible trait. I would not be surprised if Rathbun has a monster season for Regis in the 2026-2027 regular season, and is a stock riser in the 2029 class.

Vance moves well for his size and this was on full display at the Sophomore ID Camp in Appleton. Jacoby can guard pick and roll, even when ball handlers attempted to put him on an island in 5 on 5 games. In addition to his skills in guarding PNR, Vance rebounds well and is extremely physical inside on the defensive end. Offensively, Vance understands spacing and had a really nice back door finish where he was able to finish through physical contact to convert an easy two.

Belland is still developing all around and had some nice flashes during the showcase over Labor Day Weekend. The six-foot-five wing prospect was shifty in transition and in the half court, especially for a player of his size and age. I really liked how Belland attacked the basket, and when he did, he was able to finish through and around contact. Size is hard to teach, and if Belland can continue to develop he could be a very solid player for the Lasers.

[player_tooltip player_id='2400591' first='Phillip' last=''] was pretty steady in his level of performance and did not have many mistakes in the 5 on 5 sessions. During this event, Quade was able to consistently shoot the rock, knocking down corner threes and extended wing threes off his teammates' dribble penetration. [player_tooltip player_id='2400591' first='Phillip' last=''] plays in a dribble drive system in his high school season, and this was apparent as he held space and cut on time when the ball was not in his hands. The six-foot-two prospect from Hartford, was a transition hustler as well converting on layups by sprinting up the sidelines to help initiate early offense for his team.

Team two was really solid all-around competing at a different level on Saturday afternoon of the Sophomore ID Camp. Let's break down these sophomores as they head into their second year of high school basketball!
