Six Top 25 Prospects Registered for the Sophomore ID Camp

A couple of years ago we added the Sophomore ID Camp to our list of fall events and it has quickly taken off. Last year we saw massive growth not only in raw numbers but also with so many of the top prospects attending. We expect this year's event to be no different. Class of 2029 prospects in Indiana should be signing up as soon as possible to ensure they secure a spot in this coveted showcase. Here are some of the prospects we are excited to see that have already signed up. The 6'2" guard is very capable of playing both on and off of the ball and has very impressive athleticism. There will be a lot of opportunity for some young guys to step up into larger roles this season at Crown Point High School and Bazin is one we think could experience a breakout sophomore season. We are excited to have him be a part of our Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.     One of the top big men in Indiana's Class of 2029, Brown is a Top 10 prospect in our current rankings. The 6'7" center from Gary Lighthouse had a strong summer with Progeny 15u on the UAA Circuit and is set to really experience a breakout sophomore season. He is strong on the block, effective out of the dunker's spot, and has a lot of upside as a rim protector and rebounder. We are very excited to have him take part in our Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.     Between our Freshman Showcase and Sophomore ID Camp on September 6th we are going to have a ton of the best young talent from the Evansville area in the gym. Hampton is one of the top prospects in the area as a rising sophomore at Evansville Bosse. The 6'6" forward has so much upside as a versatile two-way threat that can toggle between the 3 and the 4. We are excited to see Hampton play again at our upcoming Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.     Another one of the best big men in Indiana's Class of 2029, Johnson is coming off of a good summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2076927' first='Indy' last='Heat'] 15u on the EYBL Circuit. The 6'7" big man was effective as a freshman at Delta High School and will once again be the interior anchor for one of the top Class 3A teams in the state. Johnson has sound footwork and a soft finishing touch over both shoulders that is really impressive for a big man of his size. We are very excited to have him take part in our Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.     Russell was one of the top scorers in the state of Indiana as a freshman and established himself as an excellent all-around playmaker. He stretches the floor as a three-point shooting threat and is a very good passer as he attacks the basket. Now, after transferring from Madison to Austin High School, he will be a part of one of the best Class 2A teams in the state. We are very excited to have him at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.     We saw Wilson play a few times late in the summer including while out in Richmond, Virginia at the Puma Pro 16 live evaluation period event. The 6'0" guard was a consistent top performer and go-to scorer for [program_tooltip program_id='2076166' first='Grand' last='Park Premier'] 15u. He is a very good perimeter shot-maker and is capable of creating his own open looks off of the bounce. We are excited to have him, as a Top 15 prospect in the class, at our Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.
