2028 Rankings are Updated

A busy pair of July live periods saw a lot of shifting in the middle and back end of the rankings, while the top ranked prospects continued to pull away from the pack. The Colorado native had a strong 16 U EYBL season for Legynds as they qualified for Peach Jam and he was a leading scorer, rebounder and defender on his team. Second spot remains [player_tooltip player_id='3500902' first='Dylan' last='Zeigler'] as the Lutheran East guard had a monster June where he led the Falcons to some signature wins. Lutheran East is moving up to Division I this season and will have to contend with the best of the best in Ohio to try and win a state title. Third spot remains [player_tooltip player_id='2822495' first='Keonte' last='Smith'], who re-joined [program_tooltip program_id='2076317' first='Midwest' last='Basketball Club 3SSB'] and led them to a 3SSB championship game appearance in Rock Hill. [player_tooltip player_id='2891904' first='Carlos' last='Vaughn Jr'] remains at the number four spot as Vaughn Jr got some EYBL experience with [program_tooltip program_id='2320052' first='All' last='Ohio Red'] 16 U in July out in Las Vegas. Fifth is [player_tooltip player_id='2461095' first='Kyp' last='Norris'], a prospect who led Hilliard Bradley to the OHSAA Division I state title game and [program_tooltip program_id='2076317' first='Midwest' last='Basketball Club 3SSB'] to the 16 U championship. While he fell short in both title games this year, Norris battled through some top talent to reach that stage and has added considerable college interest since March. Sixth spot remains [player_tooltip player_id='2751440' first='Xavier' last='Jones'] as the Westerville South wing guard had a big weekend at Midwest Live as he should put up monster scoring numbers for one of the most historic public school programs in Ohio. Seventh in our only newcomer as JaShawn Coffey slides up one spot from number eight. The Phenom United 16 U point guard made the transfer from Lebanon to Lakota East, where he'll be able to compete for conference and state championships with a more talented supporting cast.
