Allen hit a handful of 3-pointers in the game I caught as his quickness on the ball forces the defense to play off of him and fire up clean looks from downtown. Allen can get past his primary defender in a variety of ways off the dribble and his skillset is well suited to a grassroots basketball setting with more free flowing offense and high pace. I'm excited to see what Allen looks like in more structured environments this winter with the Jags of North Laurel.

Another prospect making waves for [program_tooltip program_id='2135129' first='Griffin' last='Elite'] 16 U, Robertson had a big game on Saturday morning with explosive plays on both ends. A blocked shot, a dunk off a drive from the wing and numerous plays where his strong legs allowed him to impact the game in ways worse athletes cannot, Robertson caught my eye and the eye of college coaches at the game. Playing mostly around the rim offensively, Robertson was fouled a couple of times in the paint and had a nice reverse layup. It would be awesome if Robertson grows a couple of inches in the next year based on his playstyle and athleticism to turn him into an even better prospect.

Jones had a nice bounce back day on Saturday for Nova Village 16 U who went 4-2 this weekend but happened to lose both games I was at. Jones made his biggest impact as an energy wing who rebounded, finished at the rim from the dunker spot and off simple closeout attacks. Jones is a tremendous athlete and with a consistent motor he can be one of the best rebounding and defensive wings in the state next season for Fairfield. If his spot-up 3-point shooting comes around he will only increase his production for his teams.

Atlanta XPress has a stacked roster at the 16 U level with Division I and high major talent spread throughout the roster. Freeman caught my eye as he threw down multiple alley-oop dunks and blocked shots both at the rim and from beyond the arc. With his wingspan and height Freeman provides excellent size at the power forward position as his offensive game and frame should continue to improve over the next two years before he has to play a college game. Getting stronger and continuing to improve his offensive skill should be the main focus this off-season for Freeman.

Pro One 16 U team has a ton of size and athleticism and they impressed me on Saturday with their depth of talent. Luster stood out with some strong interior finishes and contributions on the glass. Once Luster adds more weight to his frame he will become even tougher to stop on the interior because he was playing with toughness despite his skinnier frame. Luster also had a monster game earlier in the week Vs Dc Premier and is ranked in the top five in Alabama's 2028 class for a reason right now.
