Next up in our rankings update coverage for the Class of 2027 in New England is a look at the stock risers. In all, 11 prospects rose at least 10 spots in this update, with four making jumpts of at least 50 spots or more!

The biggest riser in this update, that would be Woodstock Academy's [player_tooltip player_id='3407594' first='Treddy' last='Faison'], who rose an astounding 69 spots, going all the way from #76 to #7. The lead guard is electric with the ball in his hands in the open floor, has the ability to score it from all three levels, and is a terrific perimeter defender that creates deflections and steals at a high clip.

Below are five more prospects who made significant jumps in this rankings update:

+58 (#103 to #45)

Jean, a guard out of the Brunswick School in Connecticut, climbs to #45 in this update. A long, lean, and twitchy athlete, he does a great job of getting into the paint off the bounce, where his length and burst allows him to finish in a variety of ways around the rim. He can score it over defenders in the mid-range and does a nice job of knocking down shots in catch and shoot situations. He has a scorers mentality, is super competitive, and doesn't shy away from taking the shot in a big moment. On the other end of the floor, he does a great job of making plays in passing lanes and turning those plays into transition scoring opportunities. He's a Division I prospect with multiple offers to his name.

+31 (#94 to #63)

Roux, a guard out of Andover High School in Massachusetts, climbs to #63 in this update. A standout in the MIAA, he spent the summer proving that he could play at a high level on the 3SSB circuit with the Mass Rivals. Roux is one of the top perimeter shooters in New England, combining a quick release, consistency, and deep range. He plays to his strengths, moves well without the basketball, and is a solid decision maker with the ball in his hands. He competes on the defensive end of the floor and shows a good understanding of angles and spacing. He was offered by the previous Brown staff and should continued to get looks from high academic Division I programs.

+29 (#40 to #11)

Ndong, a forward out of the Newman School in Massachusetts, climbs to #11 in this update. The 6'9" forward has the height to play in the paint, but profiles more as a stretch forward at the next level, after spending the summer showcasing his ability to knock down perimeter jumpers in a variety of ways. He uses screens to get open, can step into shots off the bounce, and does a nice job of spacing the floor in catch and shoot situations. He has the ability to attack in straight line drives off the bounce and has some sneaky athleticism as a finisher around the rim. As talented as he is right now, it's his potential that stands out, as he should only continue to get better with add reps and strength. A fringe Top 100 prospect now, Ndong was one of the nation's biggest stock risers this summer and now claims offers from multiple high majors, including Creighton and Marquette.

+21 (#123 to #102)

Fitzgibbon, a guard out of the Brimmer & May School in Massachusetts, climbs to #102 in this update. A standout at the All-Academic Camp, the 6'4" guard plays with a scorers mentality and the ability to get baskets at all three levels. He's a plus athlete that can finish plays above the rim or through contact at the hoop. He's hard to guard in transition and shows the ability to knock down jumper after jumper when he gets hot from behind the arc. Defensively, his length and burst are an asset in passing lanes and he does a nice job of rebounding from the guard spot. He looks the part of a scholarship prospect and will have the chance to play his way into that level this winter at Brimmer.

+18 (#55 to #37)

Council, a guard out of CATS Academy in Massachusetts, climbs to #37 in this update. The 6'0" guard was really impressive at the NEPSAC Showcase, showing the ability to operate as a lead guard that creates easy scoring opportunities for himself and for teammates. He's got a strong, stocky build that he uses to his advantage as a driver and finisher in the paint, while also showing the ability to create space off the bounce and knock down jumpers in the mid-range and from behind the arc. His strength and competitiveness play on the defensive end too, as he is tough at the point of attack and works hard to get through screens. He's a scholarship level prospect that already holds an offer from Bryant.

Keep an eye out later this week as we begin our Positional Breakdowns and take a look at some prospects from the Watch List.

Next up in our rankings update coverage for the Class of 2027 in New England is a look at the stock risers. In all, 11 prospects rose at least 10 spots in this update, with four making jumpts of at least 50 spots or more!
