Here is a look at the top perimeter marksmen from the 2027 class who lit it up from beyond the arc this past weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='2442186' first='Ty' last='Smith'] | 6'3” Guard | [program_tooltip program_id='2078374' first='Full' last='Package'] 2027

Smith is a talented 6-foot-3 wing who projects as a highly reliable floor-spacer. Throughout the weekend, he proved to be lethal as a spot-up threat, showing great patience and picking his spots perfectly to get himself going in the open floor. Smith knocked down multiple triples in every single contest. Beyond his perimeter prowess, he showcased the ability to attack closeouts and get to the rim, using solid lane agility to finish in a variety of ways.

[player_tooltip player_id='3604304' first='Kaiden' last='Escobar'] | 6'2 Guard | [program_tooltip program_id='2622592' first='Flight' last='Athletics'] 2027

Escobar is rapidly developing a reputation as a pure three-point specialist. After a strong showing with Kenwood during the June live period, his confidence is clearly at an all-time high. While his shooting mechanics are straight and compact, his release is incredibly consistent and almost always on target. Beyond his outside shooting, Escobar generated easy offense by sprinting the floor, picking up several leak-out buckets in transition. He is an intriguing under-the-radar prospect for small colleges to track early.

[player_tooltip player_id='2255121' first='David' last='Showman'] | 6'5” Wing | ALL IN 2027

Showman possesses great size on the perimeter and paired it with a lightning-quick release all weekend. He consistently plays with his hands ready and his feet set, allowing him to fire as soon as the ball hits his palms. At 6-foot-5, he does a fantastic job of finding his stroke early in games, punishing defenses with multiple catch-and-shoot triples—including a few that he buried from comfortable college range. Showman provides excellent length on the wing and proved he has ice in his veins, hitting a clutch, timely jumper to send his team into overtime.

[player_tooltip player_id='2839877' first='Elton' last='Jaegerskog'] | 6'4” Forward | [program_tooltip program_id='2075515' first='Hoops' last='4 Health'] 2027

A highly skilled 6-foot-4 combo forward, Jaegerskog is a plus-shooter who impacts the game across multiple categories. He complemented his reliable catch-and-shoot three-point game and smooth mid-range jumper with sharp off-ball cuts and hard running in transition. A high-academic, high-motor prospect, he crashed the glass hard on both ends, functioned as a scrappy rebounder, and used his length as a versatile, rangy defender. His relentless work ethic makes it incredibly difficult for coaches to take him off the floor.

Nick Brzeniak | 6'6” Forward | [program_tooltip program_id='2622592' first='Flight' last='Athletics'] 2027

Brzeniak was one of the most versatile offensive threats at the event, highlighted by a game where he poured in four triples from deep. At 6-foot-6, the wing/forward prospect displayed true three-level scoring ability, scoring on deep jumpers, hard cuts to the rim, and straight-line drives off the bounce. He possesses sneaky athleticism that flashes in both transition and half-court sets. Brzeniak shows immense upside as a face-up forward who can handle the rock and operate efficiently out of the mid-post.

[player_tooltip player_id='2415541' first='Owen' last='O'Reilly'] | 6'1” Guard | [program_tooltip program_id='2075515' first='Hoops' last='4 Health'] 2027

O'Reilly is an active, high-energy 6-foot-1 guard who set the tone on both ends of the floor. Defensively, he moves his feet exceptionally well laterally, locking up opposing ball-handlers on the perimeter. Offensively, he found his rhythm smoothly behind the arc, emerging as one of the event's most consistent shooters and draining 4 big three-pointers in a single contest. He moves intelligently without the ball and proved he can generate points from all three levels.
