The Adidas 3SSB Session III event in Bryan, Texas was an eye-opening experience for me. I witnessed the comparison between multiple prospects from across the country in a single gym with eight courts. Many of the talented players I'll discuss in the coming days are really skilled in their own right. In this article, I'll dive into the top shooters I had the opportunity to evaluate during my time in Bryan.    Ka'Shawn Gill is a guard from Power 5 16U that is evidently known for shooting from various ranges on the floor. This skillset involves putting the ball on the floor and shooting off the catch for him offensively. When shooting, he has excellent elevation, allowing him to shoot quickly at any time he attempts an open shot. Most of his open looks came from his positioning within the offensive flow and dribble penetration. Defensively Ka'Shawn was able to show his athleticism defensively chasing down shots around the rim blocking them with his long wingspan. Within the past week of the event's end, Ka'Shawn secured offers from Syracuse University and the University of Toledo.     Andre Cast Jr. of Power 5 16U proved to be a skilled guard in my evaluation of his game against K Low Elite 16U. Offensively, he is a shooter that knocked down multiple open shots off the catch, converting shots at a high rate. As a guard, his ball-handling skills stood out in creating plays for himself and others within the offensive flow. His pace dictated the team's flow, whether Power 5 16U wanted quick offense or using the majority of the shot clock to get a good shot. As a scorer that can score quickly, Andre is a capable 20-30 point per game average guard showing that at the 3SSB Session III. The 2028 prospect will definitely continue to rise his stock over the next two years.     Joshua Roux of Mass Rivals 17U was one of the best shooters off the catch that I was able to evaluate throughout my time at the 3SSB Adidas Circuit in Bryan. Without the ball in his hands he was able to make himself an open target in multiple situations such as a drive and kick , transition and moving in the half court. His teammates were able to find him very consistently on offense which made him a threat to defenses from the perimeter. Looking at his stats in this event and outside of this event he is someone that is very capable of being a consistent shooter for a college program.     [player_tooltip player_id='2136800' first='Zion' last='Grissom'], a 6'5” forward for Team Lillard, showcased his versatility and effectiveness on both ends of the court during the weekend in Bryan. Offensively, as a left-handed shooter, he demonstrates skill in getting his shots off effectively. His height and quick release shooting the ball before closeouts, making him a real threat. Within the offensive flow, he possessed a consistent shooting touch from all three levels, converting them at a high rate against the Lakeshow 17U. Defensively, he impressed with his efforts in crashing the glass multiple times, highlighting his commitment to that stat category.     [player_tooltip player_id='2435386' first='Hunter' last='Caplan'] is a shooter from multiple ranges for the California Gold 17U team that showcased his skillset against the New York Wiz Kids 17U. In this game, Hunter demonstrated precision, sinking seven three-pointers in just 12 attempts, achieving an impressive shooting percentage of 58% from the perimeter. Additionally, he contributed two points from the free throw line. His perimeter shooting posed a significant challenge to the opposing defense, as they struggled to find an effective solution to guard his shooting off the catch. As the starting guard, Hunter played a crucial role in communicating with his teammates on the court. I was able to hear him call out screens and other defensive reads. Furthermore, Hunter's positive attitude and encouragement for his teammates were evident throughout the game. A colleague program should always strive to have players like Hunter on their team, as they bring valuable contributions to the team's success. When the ball was in his hands, Hunter consistently demonstrated his willingness to pass, always looking for the open man in the half court.
