2029 Rankings Prospects On An Upward Path

PH NorCal Class of 2029 Rankings were updated. These prospects have already cemented a top 25. They've inched up a few notches because of their productivity against high level competition. All play EYBL or 3SSB at the 15U level.    He's listed as a combo guard for now because he's demonstrated he can play off ball, hit the open 3ptr. He'll spend time running point guard for one of NorCal's top programs. Yes, he will have his ups and downs, nonetheless he has the tools, plays with confidence. He's been competing at a high level since entering high school. He was in the rotation for the Crusaders CIF Regional Championship Game. Throughout the Spring and Summer he's playing 15U EYBL with his Oakland Soldiers team.     He's a transfer from Archbishop Riordan, he'll play at Moreau Catholic. A NorCal Open team last season expected to compete at the same level going into this season. He's a instant contributor for his new team. Off ball he knocks down open 3's with good form, while showing there's some point guard lurking in his skill set. He has speed and movement on both sides of the ball. Recently moved up to Lillards 16U team for the Adidas 3SSB at Rock Hill, SC.     He's one of the better shooting guards in this class. He's grown a few inches, seems to be stronger, and has sharpened his overall skill set as a guard. He's playing with confidence, handling, passing, along the perimeter, gets good lift finishing in the paint. He's leading the break in transition, or running to finish strong at the rim, he might throw one down. He's on an upward path.     He led his Varsity team as a Freshman, in scoring and rebounds coming close to averaging a double double. He's a long Wing/Forward with improving skills. He handles the ball in transition, uses his dribble drive to attack from the perimeter, along the baseline, he'll find others with ball movement. He can and will shoot 3's when open. He's long with reach to finish at the rim. He has foot speed and a long wingspan to defend multiple positions.     A well built guard still polishing and fine tuning his overall skill set. He has the body and strength to use on both sides of the ball. He goes hard and strong to the rim under control in most situations handling contact. He's good off the dribble drive creating his own shot, getting into the paint, a solid passer. He gets lift on the mid-range jumper, can make a 3-pointer within the flow of the offense, spotting up on the catch, or using a dribble for a better look. He has the tools to be a quality defender.
