2028 Rankings Update: Prospects In The 6-10 Range

He has showcased his versatility, especially on the offensive end. Leveraging his height and athleticism much more consistently. That has allowed him to get to his spots quicker, bury 3's, and throw down dunks with authority in transition. His ascent may not be over either. Since March, he has been both a scorer and distributor for Vegas Elite and Coronado. He has a strong feel for how defenses are playing him and consistently dishes out dimes when help defenders collapse. Or when shooters are left unmarked. Harris also gets open off ball for perimeter looks. One of his top highlights this past weekend at EYBL came when he knocked down a game winner for Vegas Elite's 16U squad against AZ Unity. He has made plenty of noise over the past few months, particularly with his performances at Section 7 and the Nevada Live Invitational. Carter is a certified bucket getter who can attack the rim through traffic or pull up from beyond the arc. He also gets it done on the defensive end, never giving his matchup much room to operate.
