The Hoop Vibe Team Camp SWFL Standouts, First Five

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This past weekend The Hoop Vibe hosted its team camp to kick of the first high school basketball live session of 2026. Teams from across the state competed against one another at Charlotte high school, and a lot of great basketball was played. He put up 34 points in a performance over Boca Ciega where he was just an absolute force over powering his opponents down low and finishing through contact. The 6'7" PF has tremendous strength and is a huge presence down low for the Tarpons. The 6'2" CG finished the weekend averaging 19 ppg and knocked down a total of 18 three-pointers over 4 games. He has an excellent basketball IQ, and is a team first guy who just wants to win. He scored 21 points in a tough loss to Gateway Charter, but had some highlight reel dunks where he showed off his athleticism. The 6'8" SF isn't just effective around the rim though, he has a nice soft touch from outside, and shoots the 3-ball at a very high rate. He is a strong, physical guard who has the ability to guard multiple positions on defense. He's a very smart player who knows the game well, and acts as a catalyst for the Lions. Taylor has excellent handles and is a true 3-level scorer. He can beat you off the dribble and finish around the rim, or pull up from mid-range and knock down his jumper. The 5'10" CG plays the game with with great poise and composure. He is a true floor general and leader for his CSN squad. Vetor has tremendous handles, and the ability to attack the basket with no fear, but where he thrives is from deep.
