Smith also continues expanding his perimeter game, giving defenders multiple problems to solve. As he adds strength and continues refining his overall game, he has all the ingredients to become one of the more dynamic guards in Florida's 2028 class.     Solid offseason for Appiah with the Florida Rebels, continuing to showcase why his ceiling remains so high. The athletic wing thrives attacking the basket both in transition and in the half court, where his strength and explosiveness allow him to finish above the rim. He has also become more comfortable scoring from the midrange while defending multiple positions with his length and physical tools. His ability to impact the game without needing plays called for him makes him an extremely valuable prospect whose stock should continue rising.     Borio has emerged as one of South Florida's more intriguing frontcourt prospects. At 6-6, he combines a strong frame with a physical approach that shows up on both ends of the floor. He welcomes contact around the basket, finishes through defenders, and consistently battles on the glass. Defensively, he uses his strength well to guard bigger forwards while remaining mobile enough to switch when needed. As his perimeter skill set continues developing, Borio has the foundation to become a complete two-way forward.     Fitzgerald continues to separate himself with a rare blend of size, versatility, and overall feel for the game. He has shown the ability to handle the ball, make plays for teammates, and confidently knock down perimeter jumpers. His passing vision stands out for a player his size, especially when attacking off the dribble. Around the basket, he finishes with either hand, rebounds consistently, and competes defensively. His versatile skill set gives him significant long-term upside.     Arroyo controls games with pace and poise beyond his years. He changes speeds exceptionally well, consistently creating advantages off the dribble while keeping defenders off balance. Whether pushing the break or operating in the half court, he creates quality opportunities for both himself and teammates. His ability to shoot off the catch or bounce forces defenses to respect him beyond the arc, opening driving lanes where his vision becomes even more effective. Arroyo continues proving why he's one of the better lead guards in Florida's 2028 class.     Clardy's maturity and feel for the game continue to stand out. He plays under control, understands spacing, and rarely forces difficult shots, allowing the offense to flow naturally. His ability to score within the rhythm of the game has been a strength, while his decision-making continues to improve. The next step in his development will be creating more consistently off the dribble and becoming an even bigger scoring threat in isolation situations. If that part of his game continues progressing, Clardy has the tools to make a significant jump in the rankings over the next year.
