We look at some of them here in Ridgewood Live Event: 2027 Stock Risers!

[player_tooltip player_id='2632014' first='Boti' last='Szabo-Zsamba'] (Lake Forest Academy)

Continue to be impressed with this 6'8” center from LFA! Big bodied five man that understands angles so well around the hoop. He seals like a veteran post in college getting positioning on the block for scores in the paint using his strong hands and soft touch. High level area rebounder and has some shot blocking potential.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125684' first='Tej' last='Johnson'] (Lake Forest Academy)

Johnson had a big game with 14 points for LFA against Providence Catholic. The combo guard is a strong bodied guard that can shoot it off the catch along with using ball screens well to let it fly. Liked the on ball defense along with passing finding guys off live dribbles.

Brian Kizer Jr. (Leo)

Kizer is a strong bodied guard who plays downhill with his strength and burst. Capable shooter and quality passer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2839879' first='Timmy' last='Sloan'] (Lyons)

Sloan didn't score a ton in the game we saw, but at 6'4” with his vision and feel for the game D2 programs should be all over him! Elite feel for the game seeing the play before it goes down in both transition and full court. Sees over the defense with his size making crisp passes right where they need to be. He can score with a quality three point shot along with putting pressure on the rim in transition.

[player_tooltip player_id='3430149' first='Matthew' last='Logue'] (New Trier)

Logue turned it up a notch in the second half of their game against Libertyville. The tough and skilled forward scored on seals, went beast mode on the offensive glass for put backs, crafty takes, and when he needed to he stretched with his shooting. Primed for a big season.

Devrice Johnson (East St. Louis)

Johnson had a strong weekend for the Flyers when we saw him. Well built combo guard that can knock down shots turning around in the mid-range along with spot up triples. Quality perimeter defender that gets stops on that side of the ball creating turnovers.

[player_tooltip player_id='2415557' first='Carter' last='Coviello'] (Neuqua Valley)

Going to be a key role player for potential top team in state. The senior guard is a versatile defender, connective passer, and spot up shooter from beyond the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id='2839900' first='Joseph' last='Lubbe'] (York)

Lubbe is a plus shooter from beyond the arc who has a quick release on his perimeter shot. Let it fly spotting up and creating on his own. Very skilled wing that can put it on the deck on the baseline along with being able to finish in the paint with athleticism. Stock continues to rise each time we see him.

[player_tooltip player_id='2403274' first='Timothy' last='Sirotyuk'] (Stevenson)

Stevenson five man is crafty around the hoop scoring with turnaround jumpers, mid-range shots, running the floor, and showcasing quick post moves. Rebounds well in his area.

[player_tooltip player_id='2431475' first='David' last='Udoiwod'] (Geneva)

Kid is a flat out bucket getter. Smaller two guard that gets to the rim with his slippery handles and quick first step. Quality athlete that did most of his damage in the paint, but did drain one three in a 16 point outing vs Whitney Young.

[player_tooltip player_id='2532341' first='Keyae' last='Lacy']

Lacey is coming off a strong spring with Geek Squad and continued that momentum at Ridgewood. Super athletic guard who pushes the pace in the open floor, gets to the line at a high clip, and plays off his athleticism. Creative finisher in the paint who high points rebounds well for a guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='2389886' first='Ben' last='Whorlow'] (Wheaton St. Francis)

Whorlow is a well built and skilled five man who will find a home at the small college level. Posted 15 points in a win against Niles Notre Dame. Pick/roll finishes, backed in for scores, finished out of dunker spot, and is a pretty good passer. Flashed as a shooter knocking in a triple on a spot up.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125620' first='Duke' last='Ross'] (St. Ignatius)

Ross has steadily improved a variety areas of his game over the last year. In this setting it was his ability to put the ball on the deck along with pushing off the defensive glass. Being able to mix that in with his toughness on the defensive end and spot up shooting will make him a player that will be a priority small college player!

[player_tooltip player_id='3454838' first='Cole' last='Tillman'] (Mendota)

Tillman is a prospect we saw on tape this spring, but in our first in person look at him he showed some intriguing qualities.
