He stands at 6'6” and can play any position on the floor when playing his age group. He impressed me with his ability to create off the dribble, pushing the pace in transition and getting downhill in the half court. The 8th grade wing is a knockdown shooter as well, connecting on several open three-point attempts. Axdahl is also a beast defensively, being able to match up with guards and forwards, blocking and altering shot attempts all game.

Carter, coming off of a state title run with Minnehaha where he made a huge impact, he oftentimes looked like the best player on the floor playing up at the 15U level. His feel, skill, and smoothness is so rare for a middle schooler, as good things happened when he had the ball in his hands. He was flying all over the floor defensively, using those football instincts to intercept passes that lead to easy finishes at the other end. Cupito also showed off some improved bounce and athleticism, being able to throw down with ease.

Jerrell has all the makings of a top five player in the state's incoming freshman class, as he already has good size and the athleticism to make an impact in many different ways. He used his strong 6'4” frame to work inside where he could finish with either hand. The wing prospect can also stretch the floor with his shooting, knocking down open looks from three. Washington will likely have the chance to impact at the varsity level at Minneapolis North.

TJ led [program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite'] to a comeback victory in a second round matchup with Hoop Habits. He has great size and strength for his age, as he used that to relentlessly attack the basket. He could make one move to get downhill and absorb contact for a finish under control. Nuahn looked good pushing the pace with his handle in the open floor and impressed me as a passer as well, setting up his teammates for open scores around the rim.

Niles looked great running the point for this loaded [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'] 14U team, as his game already consists of a nice blend of scoring and facilitating. The 6'0” guard is smart with the ball and has the quickness to blow by defenders to get inside, where he had a couple different ways he could convert through traffic. Bennett is also an exceptional passer and was hitting teammates with accurate kick out passes.

Rio had a standout performance on Saturday, as I see a lot of potential in the young guard out of Rochester. He has a lanky frame and stands around 6'2”, having the skill, speed, and feel to play the point guard position. He was great working in pick and rolls, being able to hurt in the defense in many ways. He could pull up from three off the dribble, get downhill for a tough finish through traffic, or find the open teammate for a good look.

Max looks like another ball handler to keep an eye on in this 2030 class filled with several elite guards. He is very quick and has a tight handle, as he looked good running the offense at times for [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. He is a knockdown shooter from the perimeter and has great touch around the basket. Gardner is a well rounded player and could have the chance to make a difference at the varsity level as a freshman.
