Our top ranked player on Prep Hoops Tennessee, Frison is leading the EYBL in assists and has blown up this summer with mid and high major players. Frison is hearing from programs like Xavier, Ole Miss, Memphis, Cincinnati, Creighton, Murray State, Belmont and more. While he's most well known as a setup man, Frison is also scoring incredibly efficiently as a perimeter scorer on the EYBL with [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad']. I'd be shocked if Frison doesn't find himself in the top 150 on other rankings websites during their next updates.

Another prospect who is dominating statistically on the EYBL, Condon is averaging 19 points and almost seven rebounds a game shooting 45% from the floor. According to his high school program, Condon holds offers from Boston College, NC State, Syracuse, UCF, Saint Joseph's, Virginia Tech, American University, Villanova, Notre Dame, Northwestern, and more. When you combine the efficiency he has from multiple areas on the court as well as his rebounding and physicality and you get a prospect who should be able to adjust well at the college level within a system.

One of the top scorers on the 3SSB circuit, Smith has been dominating for Team Lilliard next to Nj Gray in the backcourt. This duo made the 16 U championship together last summer and will look to push Team Lilliard again on a deep run. Smith holds offers from a handful of top mid major programs out west including Oregon State, New Mexico, San Francisco, UC Santa Barbara and more. I'd expect Smith to play right away at that level as his scoring ability is tough to find.

Another prospect who is the top ranked player in his state for the 2027 class, Blackett is a dribble, pass and shoot wing who has the frame and athleticism to play at the mid to high major level. Checking those boxes gives Blackett a high floor as he can contribute in a variety of ways but also a high ceiling because top wings are required to do each of those offensive skills to be among the best at their position. Blackett's dad played at the University of Hawaii and they were among his first offers back in October. A name for mid major programs on the west coast to know.

Barnes is fresh off a dominant performance at the Americup 18 U tournament where he finished second in scoring and steals. On the EYBL circuit, Barnes is scoring almost 15 PPG shooting above 50% on 2-pointers and just under 40% from beyond the arc. PG Elite is having a strong season as they currently sit 8-3 overall and 6-2 in games Barnes has played in. Expect to hear more about Barnes this summer as he should easily debut in other national rankings lists during the next update.
