With college coaches set to hit the road for the Spring “Live” period in just 10 days, the timing couldn't be better to spotlight a group of underclassmen who have elevated their games over the past few months. Here's a closer look at some of the rising underclassmen who have boosted their stock this spring and are poised to draw increased attention during the upcoming evaluation period.    Pemberton is coming off an All-State season at Parkview and brings an intriguing blend of size, length, and offensive versatility on the wing. A true three level scorer, he can stretch the floor, attack off the bounce, and finish effectively around the rim. He shows the ability to create his own offense, paired with above average athleticism that translates on both ends. With his physical tools and evolving skill set, there's plenty of upside and long term potential here.     A very quick, shifty lead guard, Barnes plays with excellent pace and command of the basketball. He's extremely difficult for defenders to stay in front of, consistently breaking down defenses and getting into the paint. Barnes can finish in the lane in a variety of ways or create for others, showing strong vision and feel as a playmaker. He sees the floor well, makes sound decisions, and is a capable perimeter shooter when left open. Coming off an All-County season at Peachtree Ridge, he continues to show the instincts and productivity of a high level lead guard.     Williams is a strong, high scoring guard who has carried the momentum from an impressive junior season at Buford into a productive spring with the [program_tooltip program_id='2076854' first='GA' last='Canes']. A true three level scorer, he combines high level athleticism with the ability to get downhill off the bounce and finish through contact. He's equally impactful on the defensive end as an aggressive, high level defender who creates turnovers and can turn defense into offense.     While his long term future may be on the gridiron, Patterson has turned heads this spring with the Atlanta All Stars. The junior forward brings a strong, versatile skill set, scoring efficiently around the rim with either hand while also showing the ability to step out and knock down open shots from beyond the arc. He's a better than average athlete with a high basketball IQ, consistently impacts the game on the glass, and competes at a high level on both ends of the floor.     A high scoring guard, Presley pairs above average athleticism with the versatility to play either backcourt spot. An All-Region selection, he's a confident shot maker with deep range, capable of knocking it down both off the catch and off the dribble. He has a good feel for the game, makes good reads, and continues to produce this spring with AE5.
