White is one of North Carolina's premier shooters and that skillset was on full display this weekend with [program_tooltip program_id='2078535' first='Team' last='Charlotte'] P32! White has a skinnier frame with long arms and a quick release that allows him to get his shot off efficiently. He's got deep range off the catch with a ton of confidence and the green light to let it fly at a high volume. White has improved his off the bounce game, making it easier for him to attack closeouts and finish in traffic. He's got a lot of high quality translatable skills and as he continues to add strength to his frame, his game will only improve further. White averaged 11.3 Points helping guide [program_tooltip program_id='2078535' first='Team' last='Charlotte'] P32 to a 3-1 weekend in Rock Hill.

Nixon is another high quality prospect on this NLPB P32 team with his poise and shot making on full display with this group. Nixon has great positional size and a smooth release that allows him to shoot over defenders with relative ease. He's always shot ready off the catch and does a great job relocating to open areas of the floor as plays develop. Nixon possesses on ball ability as well as he's comfortable operating out of ball screens where he makes good decisions. Nixon finds a way to contribute on the glass and utilize his physical gifts to have an impact on the defensive end of the floor as well. Nixon is a gem of a prospect in NC's 2027 class and that was on full display in Rock Hill. NLPB P32 went 2-2 in Rock Hill with Nixon averaging 13.8 Points per game.

Gunter has been on a flat out tear with [program_tooltip program_id='2220892' first='Team' last='United'] and he shined in both of their wins on Saturday at Big Shots Rock The Rock. Gunter's ability to play either guard spot and seamlessly flourish alongside [player_tooltip player_id='2194796' first='Jaleel' last='Smith'] has been impressive. Gunter plays the game the right way and has steadily progressed his physical tools to make him a complete threat on the offensive end. He makes outside shots with consistency, finishes above the rim in transition, and produces at a high level within the flow of the offense. Gunter helped his team to wins over Game Elite 3SSB and [program_tooltip program_id='2078500' first='Garner' last='Road'] 3SSB while averaging 16 PPG in the process.

Short did a really good job making this [program_tooltip program_id='2078512' first='NC' last='Spartans'] team click on the offensive end of the floor. Short has a smooth game where he sees the floor at a high level and operates at a high level of understanding in regards to calling his own number when needed. Short touches the paint with consistency and does a good job keeping his dribble alive, avoiding getting stuck in bad spots. Short has a great mid-range/floater game along with touch beyond the three point line. He just makes teams better with his presence, helping bridge the gap between the coaching staff and the rest of the roster. Expect Short to continue establishing himself as a bonafide next level talent with the [program_tooltip program_id='2078512' first='NC' last='Spartans'] this summer.

Watkins had a really strong performance on Sunday in TLBA's winning effort as he put his full offensive arsenal on display. Watkins has a slick off the bounce game that can lead to him getting separation from beyond the arc or shaking you and getting to the cup with ease. Watkins is a very confident three point shooter off the catch and he get's a lot of those looks with this group. Watkins has had some injury stuff over the years but looks to be really getting all of that behind him as he starts to string together more and more notable performances. He's got an effective and translatable game with his ability to make shots and operate efficiently with his dribble. Look for Watkins to assert himself as a D1 guy this spring/summer with TLBA.

Jones has done an incredible job playing up an age group with Elite 1 17u and this past weekend in Rock Hill was no different. Jones is incredibly difficult to contain with his combination of shiftiness, pace, and touch from multiple levels. He can initiate your offense and take the game over by calling his own number and scoring in both isolation situations or within the flow of the offense. With a super quick first step and the ability to make shots, Jones is remarkably difficult to contain off the bounce, making him a constant threat to score when the basketball is in his hands. Jones can get offense for his teammates as well, using the gravity from his paint touches to lure help in and kick out to the open man. Jones will be a fun kid to watch and he'll continue to establish himself amongst this stacked 2028 class in NC.

Jefferson continues to show everyone that he's one of the most consistent players in North Carolina as he simply does his job every single time we see him. Jefferson continues to develop physically and now finds himself as a tough check with his blend of strength, athleticism, and skill. Jefferson has such a direct game, he gets to his spots and hits his shots along with being a connector at both ends of the floor. He can play on or off the ball and with a shorthanded [program_tooltip program_id='2078500' first='Garner' last='Road'] team, he saw his responsibilities increase and handled it with stride. Jefferson was really good in the 2nd half in [program_tooltip program_id='2078500' first='Garner' last='Road']'s victory over [program_tooltip program_id='2078535' first='Team' last='Charlotte']. Jefferson should continue to establish himself as a bonafide division one prospect.
