Dixon transferred to O'Connell from Good Counsel before the season, and he had a huge junior year as part of one of the best backcourts in the WCAC, proving he's a high major guy moving forward. The 6'3” guard is a walking bucket who has great footwork to be able to create space and knock down shots from all three levels, he's shifty and has good burst to get by defenders and finish at the rim, he's dynamite in transition as an athletic and strong finisher, and he is able to make tough shots from all over the floor.

#3) Brian Mitchel Jr. | 6'4” SG | Paul VI

Mitchell transferred to PVI from Varina just before the season started, and he was the breakout player in the WCAC this season as the second leading scorer for the WCAC and state champions who played a national schedule. He's emerging as a national prospect as he is a super talented shot maker who can score it from all over the floor, he has deep and effortless range from beyond the arc, he's a strong and explosive finisher who can play through contact and get to the line, and he's a very good rebounder for his position too.

#6) [player_tooltip player_id='2458579' first='Jacoby' last='Briscoe'] | 6'7” SF | St. James

Another nationally ranked prospect, Briscoe transferred to the Saint James to play on the EYSL Circuit in their first year of existence, and when it comes to versatility and upside there aren't many in the state that have more than him. At 6'7” he's best described as a “jumbo wing” or “jumbo guard” as he can handle it in transition and in isolation situations, he can stretch the floor from deep and get to the midrange, he's an athletic and crafty finisher when he gets downhill, and he has huge upside on the defensive end too.

#9) [player_tooltip player_id='2382874' first='Mason' last='Ridgeway'] | 6'6” SF | Evergreen Christian

Ridgeway transferred to Evergreen from Riverside where he was a standout and reclassified to the 2027 class, and he started to receive attention early from division one schools when he did and that continued after winning a VISAA D-III state championship last year. The 6'6” wing is a strong finisher who can post smaller defenders and play through contact, he can score it off the bounce from multiple levels, he can knock down shots from deep off the catch, and he is a good rebounder and passer as well.

#17) [player_tooltip player_id='2353646' first='Simas' last='Kacerauskas'] | 6'7” SF | Episcopal

Kacerauskas is an emerging prospect who had a very good junior season at Episcopal, and he's another very versatile wing with good size and upside moving forward. The 6'7” wing is highly skilled as a passer and is able to make good reads both in the post and on the perimeter, he can score it from all three levels and doesn't need a lot of dribbles to do so, and he is a high IQ player with great instincts on both ends of the floor.

#18) [player_tooltip player_id='2853450' first='Farrell' last='Djossinou'] | 6'6” SF | Paul VI

Djossinou is another intriguing prospect from PVI this season, and while he had a lot of talented players ahead of him the upside for him is crazy because he still has so much room to improve. He's a smooth and explosive athlete who can get out in transition and play above the rim, he is a good shooter who can knock it down from deep and get to his spots in the midrange where he has a very good pull-up, and he can play and guard multiple positions who will only get better as he continues to work on his game.
