The first session of the inaugural HoopSource Super 24 took place this past weekend and we had the opportunity to drop by the Beaverton Hoop YMCA to take in the action. Here's a look at some more of the top performers in the 16U and 15U divisions on Sunday (with a few from Saturday's action) from the games we watched.

Tremendous balance between scoring and passing from Foster in the action we saw all weekend as the Gresham sophomore continues to mature as a point guard. He was on target with his outside shooting, was capable of getting to the basket to create for himself or get the ball to teammates for scores. Good effort from him on the defensive end as well.

Munns was one of the top scoring threats we saw on the [program_tooltip program_id='2850997' first='Cascade' last='Kings'] 16U squad, especially with his ability to get downhill into the lane and finish through contact. His perimeter shot was good enough to keep defenses off-balance as his bread and butter were the physical drives to the hoop. He was money on the free throw line as well.

Loye was one of the fresh faces we saw on the weekend, first noticing how hard he played on the floor. The effort resulted in a lot of buckets on the offensive end, whether it was plays he created by himself or getting garbage buckets off offensive rebounds or loose balls. The motor extended to the defensive end as well as he capably guarded both guards and forwards.

McCabe was another newcomer that caught our eye at the Super 24. The Mountain View sophomore bears some physical resemblance to Illinois fab freshman Keaton Wagler and even played like him a little, by playing with pace and finishing well on drives to the basket. He's definitely someone we'll be keeping a close eye on going forward.

While he's still a little raw offensively, Watson has the length and athleticsm to not only make a mark on the boards and defensively but as a finisher around the hoop. The Tigard sophomore was able to get some things done operating on the baseline and ran the floor well to get some transition buckets.

The top offensive threat we saw on the [program_tooltip program_id='2850997' first='Cascade' last='Kings'] 15U sqiad, the Oregon City freshman was a super-aggressive shot-creator and finisher at all three levels. His physicality enabled him to finish through defenders around the hoop and he was almost just as effective pulling up from long range to drain threes.

While he played on both the [program_tooltip program_id='2248856' first='Players' last='Only'] 16U and 15U squads, it was the latter where he got plenty of playing time - and made an impact as a result. While it could be argued his ability to rebound came as a result of towering over opponents at times, the fact is he has good hands and understands positioning well. The son of former NBA player Channing Frye continues to come along with his offensive game, but his ability to follow his own shot for putbacks was evident and he was definitely a factor as a shot-blocker on the defensive end.
