The Hillers broke even on the season – in no small part – due to Riley's tenacity on defense. He would guard the other team's best player (regardless of position), protect the rim, and get deflections for steals, all in the same game. His offensive output was right behind that. Riley feverishly crashed the boards and got to the hoop off-the-dribble. And when that wasn't enough, he hit jumpers from all around the arc. Following his junior season up with a good Spring could have him moving up another spot…

Tingle was controlled chaos on defense and a jumbo point guard on offense, almost leading the Vikings to the Bob. His ability to calmly pin shots on the backboard, grab the rebound, then launch the ball down court for a fastbreak assist never got old. His dunks and putbacks were evergreen too. Before the season, the UD-commit needed to take a step as an advantage creator in the halfcourt and he did that. Tingle made a few treys of his own, but him setting others up for open threes gave the offense some extra juice.

A run-and-jump wing as a sophomore, High III opened a lot of eyes this past season by sharpening his defensive awareness and adding a three-ball. He covered a ton of ground off-ball and engulfed perimeter players using those long arms and rangey athletic ability. And when he wasn't getting loose for a dunk off of a steal, he was finishing halfcourt sets with a triple from the corner. So the jump shots he erased and the ones he made certainly put his name on the map heading into 17U.

Finally inserted into the starting lineup after being a key reserve during his sophomore year, King became Dover's most consistent scorer. Without being the primary option on that end, but he gashed defenses by playing effectively without the ball. King put pressure on the rim as a cutter and by attacking closeouts. A high flyer on fastbreaks, he made teams pay for getting back late, on top creating additional transition opportunities with his defense.

The twitchy wing saw the floor as a freshman and was a key starter as a sophomore, but he truly announced himself as a junior. Williams-Conway spaced the floor too, but he most notably finished plays above the rim, whether he was attacking offensive boards or catching a body for a dunk. His bounce came through for the Blue Raiders on defense as well. As the team's backbone on that end, Williams hit “returned to sender” as he flew around to contest shots in the paint. By bending the season on a high note, he should have some buzz going into the Spring and Summer.
