The twitchy wing saw the floor as a freshman and was a key starter as a sophomore, but he truly announced himself as a junior. Williams-Conway spaced the floor too, but he most notably finished plays above the rim, whether he was attacking offensive boards or catching a body for a dunk. His bounce came through for the Blue Raiders on defense as well. As the team’s backbone on that end, Williams hit “returned to sender” as he flew around to contest shots in the paint. By bending the season on a high note, he should have some buzz going into the Spring and Summer.
