Coggins was named 1A All-State last spring, making him the 15th Cosby High player to earn that honor. His father also earned All-State during his hooper days. Cruz could be named All-State again, but the honor today is District MVP.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cruz's teammate <strong>Cooper Davis</strong> landed on the D2-1A All-District Team. Cooper is a senior swingman. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3220031' first='Ezra' last='Spurgeon'] </strong>(Cosby) also made the same team. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3220051' first='Cornelius' last='Carr']</strong> is another Cosby hooper to make the list. Three Washburn dudes made All-District too (<strong>Matthew Harville</strong>, <strong>Landrie Coffee</strong>, <strong>Dylan Mullins</strong>). Three young men from Hancock County's Indians landed on the illustrious team too. <strong>Isaiah Foder</strong>, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3165458' first='Nason' last='Delph']</strong>, and<strong> Jacob Belcher</strong> are those three.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>District 3 MVP - [player_tooltip player_id='2289223' first='Grady' last='Keeton'] (Oneida)<br>Sunbright guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3189767' first='Noah' last='Bunch']</strong>, <strong>Trey Vann </strong>(Jellico),<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1952804' first='Ethan' last='Jones']</strong> (Oliver Springs), <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3253967' first='Waylon' last='Burgess'] </strong>(Coalfield), and <strong>Paxton Quinney</strong> (Wartburg) compose the First Team next to Grady.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>District 4 MVP - [player_tooltip player_id='2848501' first='Kaden' last='Henderson'] (Harriman)<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3189801' first='Devin' last='Bertram'] </strong>(Harriman) is joined on the First Team by<strong> Lucas Bryant</strong> (Greenback),<strong> R.J. Jones</strong> (Harriman), <strong>Braden Arnts</strong> (Midway),<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='2767368' first='Cooper' last='Queener']</strong> (Midway), <strong>James Jarnigan </strong>(Oakdale), <strong>Maddox Tilson</strong> (Oakdale). For Oak Ridge the members are: <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2817446' first='Charlie' last='Taubenheim']</strong>, <strong>Ja'Rell Jemerson</strong>, <strong>Ethan James</strong>.
