Thursday Night Standouts – 8 Top Performers

We also, as always, had eyes and ears in gyms all across the state of Indiana in order to bring you the most in-depth coverage possible. The Braves are 12-11 on the season entering what is a pretty wide open Sectional 63 field. Karnes, a 6'2" senior guard, poured in a team-high 21 points on senior night in the win. They finished the regulars season on Thursday night with a 67-48 win over Bedford North Lawrence to wrap up a 14-8 record which includes some impressive wins. Don't count them out in a very competitive Sectional 31. The Giants do still have one final game at Crispus Attucks on Saturday. Nicholson had a big senior night performance scoring a game-high 25 points for the Golden Bears. The 6'4" unsigned senior forward has been a big part of their 19-5 record.
