No matter the position, role, or volume of three-point attempts, this isn't a list limited to pure shooters. Instead, it highlights players who consistently pose a threat from behind the arc and are putting together strong seasons shooting it from deep. For some, the three-point shot is a primary weapon; for others, it's a second or third option within the flow of the offense. Either way, their production from downtown has made an impact. Here's a look at some of the most impressive perimeter seasons in the Twelfth Region:

[player_tooltip player_id='3301037' first='Jack' last='Baker'] is one of the top shooters in the state, averaging 4.3 three-pointers per game while shooting 44.5% from deep (77-for-173) this season. Baker is a smooth, efficient shooter who consistently finds open spots and reads the defense at a high level. He plays fast, gets into scoring position quickly, and doesn't need much space to get his shot off. Even on tough, contested looks, he remains effective.

In the 12th Region All “A” Tournament against Somerset Christian, he poured in 25 points and went 5-for-10 from deep. He followed that with another 25-point performance in December against Western Hills, hitting 6-of-10 from beyond the arc. Reed moves well without the ball and uses screens effectively to create separation, consistently finding open space for clean looks from three.

[player_tooltip player_id='2357272' first='Geu' last='Ateny'] is shooting 41.7% from three-point range this season, making 40 of his 96 attempts while averaging 2.1 threes per game. His size and length immediately make him a legitimate threat from deep, both because of the difficulty defenders have contesting his shot and his ability to put the ball on the floor and get to the rim. On Dec. 29 against Grayson County, Ateny knocked down four three-pointers and finished with 24 points. He plays with a high motor, and his offensive versatility makes him a tough matchup for defenses to handle.

Jackson Doughty is averaging 2.2 three-pointers per game and has knocked down 53 of his 178 attempts this season. One of his top performances came Jan. 21 against Model, when he buried five threes. In a January matchup against Ballard, Doughty accounted for 23 of his team's 36 points in a loss, again hitting five triples. The day prior against Burgin, he added four more from beyond the arc. With a quick release and range from anywhere behind the line, Doughty is a constant perimeter threat.

[player_tooltip player_id='1543323' first='Kendall' last='Phillips'] has knocked down 52 three-pointers this season, shooting 38.8% from deep while averaging 2.3 makes per game. He has a natural feel for scoring, capable of hitting threes in a variety of ways including, catch-and-shoot, pull-ups, and by finding the right spots on the floor. Phillips' size, strength, and overall build add to his effectiveness on the perimeter. He consistently makes the right reads, is quick with his release, and his movement with or without the ball, along the arc makes him difficult for defenders to track and contain.

Nish Patel is shooting 39.8% from three-point range this season, connecting on 39 of his 98 attempts while averaging 1.8 makes per game. He's had several strong outings from deep, including a Dec. 30 performance against Sevier County (Tenn.) in which he went 7-for-9 from beyond the arc. His size and wingspan make him a difficult matchup, and when combined with his shooting ability and athleticism, he becomes an even bigger problem for defenses. A proven shooter throughout his career, Craig excels in catch-and-shoot situations and is also comfortable pulling up off the dribble. His ability to move without the ball consistently helps him find open looks beyond the arc.
