A big body who continues to improve, Ateny’s best basketball is all ahead of him. Geu is a strong rim protector and rebounder who keeps getting better on the offensive end. He is the best big man available in the Senior class.

is shooting 41.7% from three-point range this season, making 40 of his 96 attempts while averaging 2.1 threes per game. His size and length immediately make him a legitimate threat from deep, both because of the difficulty defenders have contesting his shot and his ability to put the ball on the floor and get to the rim. On Dec. 29 against Grayson County, Ateny knocked down four three-pointers and finished with 24 points. He plays with a high motor, and his offensive versatility makes him a tough matchup for defenses to handle.

The tallest available Senior in our rankings, Ateny’s recruiting has been all over the place. Just this week, I was asked about him by a mid major D1 school and an NAIA school. “Leek” is a good rim protector on the defensive end. On the offensive side of the ball, Ateny is making over 41% of his threes and making over 2 per game. His future in college could be as a stretch 4 or face up 5.

Ateny is a threat around the bucket on offense and has the potential to alter any game he’s in thanks to his shot blocking and rebounding. I had heard that Geu was likely to commit D1 this fall but haven’t heard much about his recruiting since. Regardless, he’s likely the top Senior prospect in the region.

is a long, athletic big who makes his presence felt on both ends of the floor. He’s an elite rim protector with great timing, altering shots and passes with his wingspan while cleaning the glass with two-handed rebounds. Offensively, he finishes over smaller defenders, runs the floor well, and continues to expand his game with flashes of perimeter shooting. Ateny sets solid screens, plays with energy, and has the tools to develop into a reliable interior anchor.

Ateny is actually our top ranked Center in the class and is active on both ends of the court. His frame is frail but he doesn’t shy away from contact. Coming off a solid AAU season, Geu could be one of the steals of the signing period when it comes time to commit.

Ateny is a prospect who has a literal high ceiling thanks to his height but also has a chance to be a really good player at the college level thanks to his size and ability. A good shot blocker who continues to improve on offense, Geu has shown the ability to shoot the ball from the perimeter as well as score around the bucket.

One of the more talented defensive players in Kentucky’s 2026 class, Ateny is a nice change of pace for a Grand Park Premier squad that relies on a bunch of ball movement, skill and shooting. Ateny’s ability to protect the rim, set hard screens and get extra possessions off the glass is how he impacts the game in a way nobody else on the team can match. While Ateny doesn’t always play heavy minutes, when he’s on the court he plays hard and makes his presence known in the paint on both ends of the court.

One of the tallest prospects in the state, Ateny keeps getting better as he continues to get more comfortable. Geu is a really good rim protector and has continued to improve on the offensive end of the court. He could be a top 15 prospect in this class by the end of the summer.

Danville Christian is a unique match-up for a lot of teams due to their size in the paint with two 6’10 centers in their starting lineup. Ateny was a standout on both ends as his length helped him block a few shots and also deflect passes either at the point of pass or in mid-air. Offensively, Ateny has the length to finish above smaller defenders at the rim and his long strides allow him to beat other bigs down the court. His baseline cut into a slam dunk was his most impressive offensive moment of the game. Another flash play offensively that stood out was when Ateny went big to big with the pass for an easy bucket. We’ll see if teams can find more success offensively against Danville Christian, their length really bothered Elliott County on Thursday night.
