He's constantly attacking by getting downhill, finishing strong and keeping defenders on their heels. His season high 27 shows he can take over when needed, but what makes him the true glue is how he plays with his head up, always reading the floor and making the right play. Add in his defensive instincts and ability to create turnovers, and you've got a player who impacts winning in every possible way     Rose is steadily growing into a dependable piece as a sophomore at Yuma, and you can see the trust building with his increased minutes. Averaging 7.2 points, he's showing he can handle more responsibility and still make the right plays. What stands out is his poise and he combines smooth handles with strong court vision, slipping past defenders and creating opportunities for himself and others. He may not always lead the stat sheet, but his ability to control tempo, break down defenses and make smart decisions is exactly what teams need from a glue guy in the making     Anderson gives Windsor Charter something you simply can't teach which is size, presence and reliability all rolled into one. At 6'10”, he anchors everything inside while averaging 11.9 points and 6.8 rebounds per game. When he catches it near the rim, it's almost automatic, shooting a staggering 72% from the field. That efficiency isn't by accident as he plays strong, under control and finishes through contact. On the glass he's relentless, carving out space and making opponents fight for every rebound. Defensively he takes away easy looks and owns the paint.
