What wings are the headliners in the 2029 class that are making an impact on the varsity level? With the latest 2029 watch list released on Monday we look at the top prospects making their presence felt on the varsity level!

[player_tooltip player_id='2767753' first='Isaac' last='Smith'] (Chi-Prep)

Smith was super impressive when we saw him at the Grind Session a week ago in Champaign. Against players 3-4 years older than him he was the best player on the floor. At 6'6” with long arms and a frame to continue to add strength he is a plus athlete. In that game he scored 28 points doing it in a variety of ways. Sound perimeter jump shooter that can pour them in from deep as he notched four of them in that game. The burst and explosion off the bounce and in transition are evident. Like the body control he plays with at the cup. Potential to be an impactful defender with his elite physical tools!

[player_tooltip player_id='2915584' first='DK' last='Heard'] (Mt. Carmel)

Heard has been fantastic the second half of the season. The Caravan wing has a projectable frame with length and athleticism. His ability to play with a high-motor and get on the glass has taken his game to another level. It has opened up more ways for him to impact the game efficiently! The eye opening athleticism and two way versatility makes him so intriguing as one of the best prospects in the class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2369925' first='Evan' last='Lemons'] (St. Laurence)

Lemons has been a spark player off the bench for St. Laurence. Lengthy wing with plus athleticism that brings energy to the table. Showcasing just a little of what he has in his bag right now, but he showcases potential as a shot maker from all over the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2782181' first='Malachi' last='Bell'] (Jacobs)

Bell is a bucket getter! He has shown that in spurts for Jacobs this season playing with his older brother. Burst with the ball and can drain the long ball. Gets to the foul line!

[player_tooltip player_id='2947403' first='Orlando' last='Bohlen'] (Walter Payton)

Bohlen is a wing with skill and athletic projection who is already making an impact for Payton being their second or third leading scorer in most games. Plus shooter from three who can also create in the mid-range.

[player_tooltip player_id='2389066' first='Miles' last='Marabella'] (Antioch)

Marabella has been given freedom to work through the growing pains as a freshman for Antioch. He even played on the ball some for his squad. The first thing which stands out is the size as a 6'4” small forward with his athletic pop around the hoop on both ends of the floor.
