2026 SG [player_tooltip player_id='1460951' first='Eli' last='Dee'] (Baxter) -- 56 points (22-28 FG, 1-6 3P, 11-2 FT), 10 rebounds, 1 assist, 6 steals [at Collins-Maxwell]

Against a clearly overmatched Collins-Maxwell team, Dee put up the single-game high for most points in a game so far this season and did so on remarkably efficient shooting, posting a 2.0 points-per-shot against the Spartans. Known for his ability to shoot it from the 3-point line, it was actually his ability to attack the rim off the dribble that was on full display against C-M.

2026 PG [player_tooltip player_id='1978106' first='Shay' last='Stephens'] (Notre Dame) -- 40 points (13-22 FG, 6-11 3P, 8-11 FT), 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 4 steals, 1 block [vs. Pella Christian]

The 6-5 point guard showed why he may just be the best player in 1A basketball this year, delivering a memorable performance against a 2A ranked Pella Christian team in a narrow loss. The Western Illinois signee dropped 40 points on efficient shooting, showing his ability to score from all three levels as well as impact the game on the defensive end.

2026 SG Isaac Jones (Janesville) -- 40 points (14-22 FG, 10-16 3P, 2-2 FT), 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals [vs. Riceville]

Jones has emerged as a big-time secondary scorer for the Wildcats this season, in large part because of his ability to shoot it from deep, as he did against Riceville, burying 10 3-pointers. He shoots it with a quick release off both the dribble and the catch and is also a reliable secondary playmaker.

2027 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2906418' first='Mason' last='Camden'] (East Mills) -- 36 points (14-24 FG, 6-12 3P, 2-2 FT), 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 5 steals [vs. Bedford]

In a big rivalry win over Bedofrd, Camden delivered perhaps his best game in a Wolverines uniform, scoring from everywhere and being a real pest on the defensive end. He can play with or without the ball in his hands and is a tough, versatile defender.

2026 PG Rider Kupka (GMG) -- 34 points (13-21 FG, 3-6 3P, 5-6 FT), 5 rebounds, 9 assists, 5 steals [vs. Meskwaki Settlement]

Kupka was fantastic against an overpowered Meskwaki team last week, dishing out nine assists with no turnovers, showing his ability to set the table for his teammates while also scoring in bunches.

2026 PF Derek Hemann (Saint Ansgar) -- 17 points (8-16 FG, 1-5 FT), 20 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal [at Newman Catholic]

Hemann is an undersized big man at 6-1, but he plays bigger than his listed size with his athleticism, physicality, and IQ. A relentless rebounder with a non-stop motor and great hands, he was stellar in a narrow overtime loss against Newman last week, nearly helping lead the Saints to a big win.

2026 PG [player_tooltip player_id='1765538' first='Ben' last='Ramsey'] (IKM-Manning) -- 9 points (1-14 FG, 1-7 3P, 6-8 FT), 4 rebounds, 13 assists, 1 steal [vs. Boyer Valley]

Ramsey, largely known for his scoring, clearly didn't have a good shooting game against the Bulldogs, but he didn't let that impact the rest of his game, dishing out 13 assists with no turnovers. He showed that he can have a massive impact on the outcome of a game even when his shot isn't falling.

2027 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2845971' first='Lucas' last='Helgeland'] (Lake Mills) -- 23 points (9-15 FG, 4-8 3P, 1-2 FT), 5 rebounds, 11 assists, 1 steal, 2 blocks [at North Iowa]

Helgeland, a 6-2 wing, had the game of his life against North Iowa, helping lead the Bulldogs to a big road win. His 11 assists were nearly four times as many helpers as he averages on the season; he was in complete control of the game on both ends of the floor.
