Expert Analysis
Tony Roe | Prep Hoops Scout
Another big-time small school scorer, Ramsey averaged 22.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game as a junior for the Wolverines. He shoots it well from the 3-point line, can get to the bucket off the dribble and finish with either hand, and he’s really good at setting his teammates up with his vision and passing instincts.

Ramsey stuffed the stat sheet for the Wolves as a junior, putting up 22.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 1.2 steals per game on 42-36-80 shooting splits. A talented guard who can create plays for his teammates or knock down shots off the catch when operating off the ball, he’ll once again be among the top scorers in 1A this season.

Ramsey is probably due for a little bump up the rankings in the next installment after getting to see a bit more tape on him from last season. He’s a quick, smart guard who does a nice job using ball screens to create offense for himself and his teammates. He shoots it well from 3-point range off both the dribble and the catch, and contributes on the glass on the defensive end. He averaged 15.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.0 steals per game as a sophomore for the Wolves.
