Terrell is a super talented young wing who is definitely one to watch moving forward, as he can already boogie with the best of them and is still likely growing moving forward. The 6'2” off guard is a smooth shot creator who can create space and knock down contested shots from multiple levels, he has great footwork and is a crafty finisher in traffic when he gets downhill, he can work off the ball and make shots off the catch, and he can make plays for others as well.

4) [player_tooltip player_id='2916390' first='Ryan' last='Bahr'] | 6'4” SF | Paul VI (#10 Overall)

Bahr transferred to PVI this summer where he had a great showing at DMV Live and has followed it up by playing a big role for them as one of the top teams in the country so far this year. The 6'4” wing has prototypical size and skill to be a “3 and d” type of player at the next level, he's a knock down shooter from deep with in the gym range and the ability to get open off screens and make shots on the move, and he has great instincts defensively to challenge shots and jump passing lanes to turn defense into offense.

3) [player_tooltip player_id='2353668' first='Kamdon' last='Brangman-Cain'] | 6'4” SG | Blue Ridge (#7 Overall)

Brangman-Cain was one of the top players in the NOVA public schools the last couple of years at Gainesville before transferring and reclassifying at Blue Ridge, where he's shown he can do it against their very tough schedule and elite players across the east coast. The 6'4” off guard has huge upside moving forward as he is an aggressive downhill attacker who is an explosive and fearless finisher above the rim, he can knock down open shots off the catch from deep, he is a good rebounder who can start the break and push the tempo, and defensively he has all the tools to be a lock down defender at the next level.

2) [player_tooltip player_id='2916369' first='Isaac' last='Smith'] | 6'7” SF | Hargrave Varsity (#2 Overall)

One of the youngest nationally ranked players in the 2028 class, Smith was a First Team All State selection at GW Danville as a freshman before transferring to Hargrave this season, and he continues to get better every day even as the highly touted and talented prospect he already is. The 6'7” wing already has a great frame and may still be growing, and while he's known for his explosive athleticism and ability to play above the rim he has a lot of skill that makes him versatile and super intriguing moving forward. He can work off the ball and knock down shots from deep coming off pin-downs, he has really improved on his ability to handle and work in isolation situations to get to the rim and get to spots in the midrange, and defensively he can guard almost every position and is a good rebounder too.

1) [player_tooltip player_id='2548181' first='Isaiah' last='Carter'] | 6'6” SF | Highland School (#1 Overall)

Carter remains as the top prospect in the class and is considered a consensus top 20 player in the country, and while he's dealt with some injuries so far this season he's showed when he's healthy that he's trending in the right direction in terms of development. The 6'6” wing is a pure shooter from deep with range and consistency, but it's his understanding of the game on both ends that really stands out. He knows how to read screens and make the right play off the catch, he's an unselfish and capable playmaker, he takes pride on the defensive end and has great instincts to make plays on that side of the ball, and he continues to get more athletic as well.
