As he's matured, so has Prater's game. A crucial third scoring option for the Commodores, Nick is a slashing wing who still uses his athleticism to elevate at the rim but he has also shown good defensive instincts which allow him to shoot gaps for steals on defense and get into transition off of steals. Carter is capable of facilitating for his teammates and is a very solid defender.
