St. X has a really good team but the most impressive thing about them is their depth. Sophomore Braylon has stepped into a reserve role on the varsity roster and proven he could be an X factor as the season rolls along. Capable of scoring the ball efficiently and being switchable on defense, Garr provides the Tigers with another good option on the wing.

A transfer from Corbin over the summer, Dawson has really stepped up after Freshman [player_tooltip player_id='2400692' first='Chase' last='Bentley'] suffered a season ending injury last month. Farmer is a big bodied guard who uses his size to see over defenses and can bring the ball up the court like a young Mark Jackson, backing his defender up the whole way. Dawson has also proven to be a good catch and shoot player from 3.

As a younger prospect, every time I saw Nick play, he was relying more on his athleticism than his skill. As he's matured, so has Prater's game. A crucial third scoring option for the Commodores, Nick is a slashing wing who still uses his athleticism to elevate at the rim but he has also shown good defensive instincts which allow him to shoot gaps for steals on defense and get into transition off of steals. He's proving to be one of the best young players in the mountains.

East Jessamine has been playing really well as of late and Wolfe's all around play has helped his team become a bit of a surprise in the 12th region this season. Carter is capable of facilitating for his teammates and is a very solid defender. Long term, Wolfe and [player_tooltip player_id='2450182' first='Tyson' last='Duke'] form one of the best young back courts in the 12th region.
