Lakewood is struggling mightily to pick up wins, but not much of that falls on their senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='3356895' first='Ben' last='Kerchner'], who has erupted for 17.8 points a game. He's finished in double figures in all but two games, has been a force both inside and out, and has lit it up from deep to keep defenses honest. He creates for himself off the dribble and can break a defender down and get to his spots. He's finished with 25 points or more in three games, which shows his highs. He's a player who is jumping on our rankings for the first time.

Zebroski is not a name that we have talked about before, but his play to begin the year has been undeniable. He's been beyond the top player for Arvada and has led them to a few victories off his play alone. He's putting up 21 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 4 steals a game as a 6-foot guard and making plays on both ends of the floor. He doesn't shoot the 3-ball too much, but when he does shoot them, he makes them. He's having himself a solid senior season and has earned a spot in the rankings.

Roosevelt is putting together a solid season and starting to look like a contender. They're balanced and have depth that stifles you. Their best player on the season has been 6'4 do-it-all athlete [player_tooltip player_id='2415423' first='Brooks' last='Reckard']. Reckard has lit it up. He's put up 14.9 points and 6 rebounds a game. He grabbed boards and pushes the pace. He can score easily but makes the right plays, and we see that with his 4.2 assists a game and also is putting up 2.6 steals a game as well. He's been a force and a player that should be on many more radars. His play has him entering the rankings for the first time.

Forge Christian is 12-0 on the season and has been an X-factor for the team. He's been a player that the team has trusted with the ball in his hands, and he's been delivering. He fills up the box score and plays with a tempo that is hard for teams to stop. He's averaging 13.3 points and 4.6 rebounds a game, but the 6'3 wing is also at 4 assists a game as well which shows that balanced. This is an unselfish bunch that plays for one another, and with a leader on the court who is about sacrifice, leading the way, it's contagious ball. Still is a player who will be jumping on the radars with his play.

Roaring Fork is a small school that is making sure its name is heard. They're sitting at 11-2 on the season, and they're a fast-paced team that puts points on the board. Their top scorer and player that they make sure has the ball is senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2821932' first='Lucas' last='Carballeira']. Lucas is a bucket. He's putting up a team-high 21 points a game and is coming off of his best game of the season, where he finished with 34 points. He's efficient, he reads the court well, and is a balanced three-level scorer. When teams key in on him he gets the ball out of his hands for the right play, he's a beast on the boards, and is a player that deserves to be in the rankings. Very good season for him, where he demanded we take notice.

Elizabeth just started league play and picked up a victory to try and get on the right foot. Their senior guard, [player_tooltip player_id='3356913' first='Bryan' last='Jeffs'] has allowed them to remain competitive and has helped push them to a few wins as well. He's averaging 18.9 points a game as a prospect who is comfortable with the ball in his hands. He reads the court, attacks the paint, and finishes around the basket. Jeffs also forces defenses to foul him, and he is a solid FT shooter as well. He's put up double figures in every game and is a player that opposing teams gameplay for. He's a great rebounder at 5.3 boards a game, and he also averages two steals a game to go along with it. He's a prospect that we haven't written about before, but his play has forced us to get eyes on him. He enters the rankings for the first time.

[player_tooltip player_id='3356924' first='JJ' last='Marquez'] is an athlete, and that athleticism has him as the star player on the basketball court as well. He plays with extreme effort, has a motor, and refuses to be denied. The 6'2 paint beast is putting up 18 points a game and has had some incredible stretches like his 31-point showing against Brush or season-high 36 points against Frontier Academy. He gets inside and dominates the paint, scores over double teams, and has excellent footwork. He grabs boards and goes right up with i,t and also turns defense to offense. He's a prospect that we did not know too much about, but his play has him jumping on the rankings as a new name that we hope to see more of.

De Beque is a school that we feel has opened doors for small schools. They play the right way, which leads to winning, they market their players, and put out solid prospects. This season, it has been senior forward [player_tooltip player_id='2807998' first='Jace' last='Graham']. Graham has had 4 years of really just dominating and proving that he belongs. He's 6'6 and as consistent as they come. He can score with the best of them and is a player that the team relies on. He's put up double figures in almost every single game this season and is averaging 19.1 points a game. He is also putting up 16.3 boards as well as he is one of the best rebounders in the class. He's a walking double-double who will give them a chance to take it all home if he continues this play. He jumps on the rankings for the first time and is a player we should've been on.
