Lucas helped put Roaring Fork on the map as he was the top player in the conference and was also named to the 3A All-State team. He helped lead them to an undefeated conference record as well as one of their top seasons in school history. Lucas finished as a 1,000-point scorer in his senior year and improved in every single category from a season ago. Lucas filled it up as he put up 19.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 4.1 assists a game. He showed that he’s a willing passer despite being able to score with ease, that he was willing to take shots and be the focal point of the offense, and still impact the game in various ways. He’s a small school standout who turned heads throughout his time. 

Roaring Fork is a small school that is making sure its name is heard. They’re sitting at 11-2 on the season, and they’re a fast-paced team that puts points on the board. Their top scorer and player that they make sure has the ball is senior guard Lucas Carballeira Lucas Carballeira 6'2" | SG/PG Roaring Fork | 2026 State CO . Lucas is a bucket. He’s putting up a team-high 21 points a game and is coming off of his best game of the season, where he finished with 34 points. He’s efficient, he reads the court well, and is a balanced three-level scorer. When teams key in on him he gets the ball out of his hands for the right play, he’s a beast on the boards, and is a player that deserves to be in the rankings. Very good season for him, where he demanded we take notice.
