[player_tooltip player_id='2758622' first='Dylan' last='Paulson'] shows up in a multitude of ways on the box score, showcasing his 2-way skills on a game-to-game basis. Currently ranked as the #27 PG in his class, don't be surprised if Paulson jumps up the list this season. Averaging 12.9 PPG, 4 RPG, 3.1 APG, and 3.3 SPG, Paulson has incredible instincts that allow him to thrive on both ends of the ball. Surrounded by team-first players who distribute the rock, there's no question that Paulson was put with the right group of guys. In a game where defense has never been more critical to the recipe of victory, it's time to give Paulson his flowers for what so far has been a great season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2120954' first='Logan' last='McCanna'] is one of the most versatile, underrated forwards in the box state, and for good reason. The 6'7 star has tacked on 16.4 PPG on an electrifying 48% from downtown. To be a shooting big man is invaluable in today's game, and McCanna encapsulates this role to a tee. Securing 8.8 RPG, McCanna never hesitates to crash the glass and hustle for second-chance opportunities. On an 8-3 Evergreen squad that's been on a roll thus far, McCanna will be given plenty of chances to thrive.

[player_tooltip player_id='2297879' first='Asher' last='Serlen'] is a proven all-around hooper who balled out with an elite Mountain Stars squad with top-notch prospects. The 6'8 big man is elusive in the paint, utilizing his impressive footwork and size to out-smart defenders and get easy buckets. The most impressive aspect of Serlen's game is his relentlessness in swatting shots away. Disciplined with his hands straight up, Serlen knows how to contest close-range looks without overcommitting and tacking on poor fouls. Watch out, as the 19.4 PPG all-star junior is making a name for himself during his third high school campaign.

[player_tooltip player_id='2257271' first='Sam' last='Mielenz'] is a key piece of the puzzle for Green Mountain and every team he's on. During the past AAU season, Mielenz showed massive spurts of improvement, and the rankings speak for themselves. The 6'3 all-around scorer has put on a clinic in the first half of the season, putting up a roaring 22.6 PPG while shooting a consistent 49% from the field and 41% from way downtown. If Mielenz can become a stronger rebounder on the offensive end, watch out, because Mielenz has already honed in on his craft.

Liam Van Airsdale has made an insurmountable impact on a Conifer team that's been struggling to score. With a key contribution of 7.9 RPG with an equivalent effort on both sides of the ball, Van Airsdale has been the guiding force for the Lobos this season. Looking to get back on track this January, Van Airsdale's volume should increase as he gets more comfortable scoring the rock. Converting on 38% of his looks from the field, Van Airsdale is already on track to put Conifer back in the right direction.
